“Stayed there in Summer 2022. Very clean, and even though our room was near the bar we did not have trouble sleeping. Gorgeous sunrise views. We did not get the email with the code so could not check in at check in time, so we had to wait an hour or 2. Not a huge deal. The bigger deal was the neighbor with the F… Biden sign (in her front yard) coming onto the property making guests uncomfortable.“

“The Port is one of the best more relaxed restaurant/bars on the water. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. A perfect vibe any night with live bands, DJs, and a touch tunes jukebox where you can play your own music. Tons of events during peak season, coinciding with the Island, and the Port even does Halloween and Christmas themed events. I’d love to hold my own event here one day.“

If you get a chance to see Lunch Money Bullies, who play here often, you are in for a fun night of great Rock and Roll that you want to dance to. “I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.“

I'm not into bars so probably won't return but I really enjoyed the time I was there.

The food and service was excellent and the owner, Jerry, was kind enough to listen to stories of my childhood, working in the hardware store that my great grandfather started back in the early 1900s. Was lucky enough to work for my grandpa there while in middle school. Great to see some of the original things that have been kept. We will be back next time we visit.“

“Great place if you love dancing. It doesn't start till 9-10pm and usually goes till 2am. You can really get a great workout out sweating it up on the dance floor. That's for sure. Staff is always nice and friendly. But sometimes it's a little busy and crowded to get in line and wait for a drink , but that's to be expected at any busy bar. They also throw a lot of themed dance parties that are just so fun. Highly recommend.“
