We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “First time at the Bay View location. Bought some paczki. I have been eating these for well over 55 years. I can honestly say this is the worst one I've ever eaten. It was a prune one, my favorite! But it was dry and flavorless. And the prune filling wasn't even real prune filling! It was more like a prune custard. That was so disappointing. If you're going to make paczki in a neighborhood with a lot of Polish people in it, please stick to an authentic recipe! Don't try to jazz it up. Don't try to make it healthier. Fat Tuesday is a big deal in these parts. What a waste of money.“

“Jen’s Sweet Treats provided us with an AMAZINGLY delicious dessert buffet for our wedding! They created sensational cookies, lemon bars, chocolate covered pretzels, cupcakes and brownies! The staff there were very professional, punctual, and so kind to my now wife and myself during the whole process from beginning to the end. They went above and beyond for us. We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. Rose, the owner, and former baker, has hit a home run with this place. She's sweet as a peach and her shop is very warm and welcoming. You'll find beautiful, hand crafted and delicate pastries to go with your fabulous coffee. Love this place and hope it's part of Oak Creek for a long time to come.“

“Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

We purchased donuts, asiago bread (YUM), cinnamon bread (THE BEST THING EVER!), hot dog buns, chocolate cream pie, chocolate muffins, banana muffins, blueberry muffins, cinnamon apple muffins, chocolate chip cookies and turnovers. “I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly wa sone of, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked good because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her treats. Kudos!“
