“I'm not a regular hardees consumer. Infact I believe its been an entire decade, since I last time I ever ordered anything from there. Anyways at 7:51pm I pull up to the drivethru. Noone is in line behind me and I asked if the inside restaurant dining room was open yet that I could come inside to order (because of the corona virus) or if I had to place my order, from the outside drivethru. The voice in the speaker box says that the drivethru is all that's open. I replied, okay. I'm going to need a minute or two to read the menu options. Then the voice responds back to me that the restaurant is already closed. (It's still only 7:51pm and not yet 8:00pm) So I surprisingly ask if it is already 8:00pm and also ask what time they have on their clocks, because mine must be wrong since mine still reads 7:51. Just then my clock changes to 7:52. The voice in the box goes completely silent and doesn't even answer me at all. Since they're already closed, I then put my car into park and turn off the engine to save gasoline now that I have time to read the drivethru menu boards, so that the next time I'm there I'll know better, what it is that I'd like to order from the drivethru. After about 90seconds of reading everything, at 7:54 the first new vehicle comes into the drivethru behind me. I get out of the car to inform the customer behind me that, although their paper sign says they're open til 8, They are already closed. Then that customer says some choice words and reverses his car out of the drivethru. Almost immediately after that two more vehicles arrive in the drivethru lane behind me. I aslo tell them that the drivethru is already closed. Its still only 7:54. The second customer who has now arrived behind me pops his car into reverse and slams his car into the third customers vehicle. It's now 7:55pm and the voice in the speaker box comes on asking... welcome to hardees can I take your order? I replied, It's still me. I thought you were already closed because that's what you told me at 7:51 unless you were LYING to me. No response from the drivethru girl.... Now by this point, I'm kinda pissed off! Just like the 3rd customer behind me, who has just had the 2nd customer behind me reverse directly into her. All of this is because the girl operating the drivethru window wanted to leave her shift early, so she LIED to me (a customer). It's now 7:56 and I ask the LYING voice in the speaker box to get the manager, and I'll just pull all the way upto the pickup window to speak with the manager, since I can't reverse out of the drivethru lane now.... due to the two crashed customers cars behind me. I pull upto the window and tell the manager that I'm not trying to be an @$$hole but when her employee is a LYING @$$hole like that, she might want to fire that LYING employee. I then explain to the manager how I simply needed a minute to decide what I should order before I was LIED to about the restaurant being already closed at 7:51. By the time my clock read 7:57 I had also finished explaining to the manager why there were now two crashed cars in her drivethru lane. I told the manager I was now afraid to order anything from her terrible LYING employees, because the drivethru girl would probably spit into my food, as some form of retaliation for questioning the LIE. The very professional manager named Jamie, had assured me that the employees should have accepted my order since it still wasn't even 8:00pm yet, and that the manager herself would make my order correctly and safely. So now at 7:58 I finally placed my order. I watched the manager walk away from the drivethru window go upto the LYING drivethru girl and point to the exit door and the upset LIAR walked toward the timeclock and then toward the exit door. At 8:01 I recieved my order, and was assured once again that it was made safely and correctly and I departed the drivethru. Then facebook asked me to review and rate my visit. Well instead of giving "zero happy hardees stars&“

“I've been here a few times because I live nearby, and the staff are always kind and courteous. I usually order inside and the store is clean. I received an ice cream cake for my birthday recently too, and it was well decorated and exactly what I expect from a DQ. Thanks guys!“

When I walked in the store, I noticed how incredibly clean the restaurant was and was immediately welcomed with a hello and a smile. The manager of the store, Vera, was the one that helped me. She helped me decide how much to buy for my family. I love the Arby sauce and I asked for extra and she gave me four extra packets. “Today is Sunday, March 30, 2025 I purchased food yesterday a 10 piece chicken, classic wings Cajun fries, mozzarella sticks.! Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. Went yesterday for the new cheeseburger it was horrible. Not cooked, soaked in cheese sauce, the tomatoes, lettuce and pickle were so very thin not tasty. I also had Jamocha shake with no chips. I am very disappointed.“

“We had a great experience with Honest Bakery. Last month we put it in a big order for a house party and all the items ordered were very tasty! Bobby who helped with selecting the menu items, even accommodating some last minute changes definitely needs extra credit. We will definitely visit again and recommend to all.“

“This place is fantastic! We came here with a larger group for Sunday brunch. The commutation when it came to setting up the reservation was great. We were welcomed in and were able to immediately start ordering drinks. The bartenders were awesome the whole time we were there (we stayed there for about 4 hours). You go up to a window to order food and are given a pager. This worked out great because everyone could eat whatever they wanted to. The food was delicious!!! All of it!! They also had vending machines with fun stuff in them and pull tabs so that kept everyone busy for a while. I’d definitely return and can’t wait to try more off the menu! Each of these times ive had to go into the store because ive been forgotten about. And not because my order was complex, it just seems like they lose my ticket #. Just a bit upset about this.“

“I get my lunch here nearly every day. 98% of the time is is 100% great. Occasionaly there is a wait, delay, or error. It happens. Thousands of orders daily, there will be imperfections. I learn patience and understanding. Give them a break, it is usually hot and busy in that kitchen. Their employees generally do an excellent job. I will continue going here on a regular basis.“

“This location is great! I usually eat inside which has a nice atmosphere, is clean, & has a nice temperature. The supplies (napkinsx/ etc) are well stocked too. The bathrooms are generally very clean & are single person bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and get your order right, in the rare event that they don't, they make it right both quickly & painlessly. I am impressed by the humility and professionalism displayed in the Owner’s response to a negative about someone’s nachos. Not only did they NOT get defensive and start arguing, but they reassured the customer that they would rectify the situation and provide the customer with new nachos ON THE HOUSE.

“Best Taco Bell in the Milwaukee area! Brandon is fantastic; he truly cares about both the quality of service and the food. We had a wonderful experience with him at the drive-thru window today. We actually drive out of our way to come to this location because it’s always reliable and we know the customer service will be great. That’s not something we can usually say about other Taco Bells in the area, so it’s refreshing to see this one run so well with such a great staff.“

“9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. He was the sweetest and most courteous kid. He deserves recognition I’m sorry we didn’t get his name“

“Ordered 20 minutes before closing and they still took my big order in. I ordered 50 piece wings and 30 piece shrimp I asked for extra lemon pepper and they added extra on top of the chicken and and the side they gave me a lot of extra sauce and the employee himself carried the order to my car food was nice and crispy and I was very happy thank you guys
