“I’m local, so I know they are often short staffed, like sometimes two people have to do mobile orders, in person and drive thru.. I’m willing to wait 15-20 minutes when I’m craving Taco Bell. The staff typically lets you know about the wait before you order, so you have the option to go elsewhere. They are always polite, hustle their butts off and are apologetic for the wait. Yesterday they checked at both windows about my order and I’m glad they did because the person in front of me left. My food was warm, had a good amount of toppings and sauce and my cantina chicken tacos weren’t crushed. They make take awhile, but they always have good food and service at this location. I was especially happy with the staff that was working last night!“

“In the past month I’ve had two great experiences at this location. The first was drive-thru. I’d never tried the breakfast. I ordered through the mobile app, super easy. The person helping me was so nice and the food was freshly made. Tonight I decided to order through door dash. I ordered quite a bit of food, with some modifications, so I was a little nervous. All of my food was delicious and everything was correct. Thank you to the crew at the Saukville Burger King!“

“WOW...JUST WOW..THIS PLACE IS GREAT. I have been to many McDonald restaurants in the past but this is the BEST. THE WHOLE STAFF WORKS AS A TEAM. They are polite...friendly...accurate...like an old McDonald's from the 1980's. The staff and manager really need a raise NOT TO LOSE THEM. This mcdonald is in a gas station and still the best in the country in my opinion.

I’ve gotten very familiar with many of the local restaurants from the perspective of a delivery driver. The Saukville Subway is always extremely quick, and I have never experienced any problems with the accuracy of their orders. Keep up the great work, oh Subway of Saukville!“

“The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

“I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.“
