“I was in this last Tuesday for lunch and the manager (I believe she said told me her name was Tina or Tiffany) she was doing lunch on her own! I want to add she got me in and out fast as well as the other customers I observed in line too. Hat's off to this lady she gave great service, very friendly and smiley even though she was extremely busy. The store was clean and food was great. I will be returning.“

“I just wanted to bring attention to how wonderful this establishment is. I walked in this morning and was greeted genuinely and kindly by all 3 employees. I am making an assumption, but I believe they are all family, and that they are the owners. When I mentioned to them that this was the kindest most wonderful subway I have ever walked into, the gentleman thanked me and was amazed at what a compliment it was. Not only is that unheard of these days, but so refreshing to see. What I also should have shared was that it may have been the cleanest Subway Establishment I have ever walked into. Lastly, and with zero exaggeration, my sandwich was flawless, it looked exactly like the subs you see on the advertisements. It's wasn't smashed into a bag with wilted and limp vegetables. Subway corporate ought to model all of there stores after this one.

“I must honestly say, after an employee left, April, who FINALLY ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER RIGHT, Jessie, the floating manager is a GREAT ASSET! I reiterated my order 3 times to him one day while he was at register, and he did the same to the sub maker. Well, I had wanted a bowl sub and got a regular sub without sides I wanted. Okay, sub still good. Not mad, just made them aware of wrong order. Jessie went out of his way to get me a free sub. He now makes sure to get people to make subs correctly. I have no clue how he is in his personal time, but here in Jackson, WI, he is a HUGE ASSET in this time of people scared. He is super friendly, seen him in a manager meeting and caring about the other workers. I think Jessie is amazing and personally hate to see him go. He gives so much friendliness.
