“Drove 1/2 hr to get here. No one answered phone when tried to call. Love their bread & stores haven’t gotten any shipments for weeks. Google maps says open. Doors locked, lights off. Looks like product out, so wondering if they’ve closed due to emergency or health dept or ?I love their bakery and am so sad to see them not open!“

“Went to this deli/bakery and picked up hot ham/rolls and potato salad. This place definitely is one of the top places to go for this Milwaukee Sunday tradition. The ham was tasty and the rolls were AMAZING and the salad tasted homemade. Also have to say that the service was the best. There were plenty of friendly staff on hand and my wait to be served was minutes (honestly been places that I’ve waited an hour to get served on a Sunday morning). Noticed that they have homemade meatballs on certain days of the weeks plus several other Italian dishes I’ve always wanted to try. The Italian cookie selection looked wonderful (another thing I’ve got to try) I am positive I’ll be back!!! Really found a gem (totally by accident too...I had originally been trying to go to another facebook recommendation for hot ham and rolls but got the address incorrect). This is a mistake I am so glad I made :). Highly recommend this neighborhood deli!“

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “I’m a BIG FAN of C. Adam’s sister bakery, Black Twig, so I knew that I was likely going to approve of everything that this place has to offer. The selection here is HUGE and you will definitely find something you like here. My heart was set on a slice of carrot cake, as I’ve heard multiple times that it’s the best carrot cake in the city.

And…I agree! This cake was moist, delicious, and everything dreams are made of. I didn’t take a pic of the cake specifically, but here’s me eating it while walking around the market because I couldn’t wait until we were sitting down.“

The staff there were very professional, punctual, and so kind to my now wife and myself during the whole process from beginning to the end. They went above and beyond for us. “Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

“My friend, Margaret, introduced me to Hillside. Great place to meet and catch up with friends and family. We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. Rose, the owner, and former baker, has hit a home run with this place. She's sweet as a peach and her shop is very warm and welcoming. You'll find beautiful, hand crafted and delicate pastries to go with your fabulous coffee. Love this place and hope it's part of Oak Creek for a long time to come.“

“For those of you who are hesitant about the location due to the reviews, don't be. This location has been fully remodeled and is under new management. I was shocked when I walked inside with how great the remodel looked!

The staff were absolutely lovely. I was the first person to place an online order and use the Jamba Juice app rewards in their store since the remodel. Even though their systems were brand-new and they were struggling with some technical difficulties they were wonderfully patient and accommodating. Additionally, the food was excellent and my smoothie was utterly perfect.

Give this location another try, it's had a huge glow-up! I'll absolutely be visiting again.“
