“My friend, Margaret, introduced me to Hillside. Great place to meet and catch up with friends and family. We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. Rose, the owner, and former baker, has hit a home run with this place. She's sweet as a peach and her shop is very warm and welcoming. You'll find beautiful, hand crafted and delicate pastries to go with your fabulous coffee. Love this place and hope it's part of Oak Creek for a long time to come.“

“I tried 2 tasty warm items today a feta and spinach pastry and a chicken croquette. I would say these are some of the tastiest things I have tried in a long time. Flaky pastry with a buttery taste and a croquette with the chicken that was so flavorful! What a lovely place. They also offered other warm items, pastries and a lovely seating area and free internet. I will come again. Perfect for coffee, small groups, families or to do work on the computer.“
“Style Pop Cafe is the perfect name for this cafe. The decor is popping. The staff is so friendly and polite. My Caramel Latte and Blueberry Muffin were delicious!“

“We had a large group gathering (about 20 people) at Dia Cafe for a breakfast and it was amazing! In advance, the staff we coordinated with responded quickly to calls and emails, and they were very friendly and accommodating. On the day of, they had spaces reserved for us and the drinks and food were out in a very timely manner, especially for how large our group was. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere itself is also so wonderful, the kids in our group stayed occupied with the toys and games they have available, which was so great. Everyone had a lovely time, and many people commented on how generous the portion sizes were and how they were excited to have leftovers to bring home. Also, we had someone who is vegan, and Dia was very accommodating for his dietary needs.“

“Atmosphere/Productivity: This coffee shop has fabulous windows that lets in lots of sunlight when the weather is nice. There’s lots of seating including at the counter where you order. I did not work in this coffee shop but I noticed pretty much everyone else was working so seems like a very productive environment. It was definitely a great atmosphere to read a book!
The Coffee: I was very intrigued with the seasonal lattes on their menu and struggled to pick between 3 - the Cherry Cola, Pineapple Carmel, and Root Beer. I ordered a 12 oz. Root Beer latte but would love to come back and try the other two. It was a great latte - 8.5/10. The Root Beer was more subtle than I thought it would be but I could definitely taste it. The espresso was more profound and lingers on your palette for a while.
The Service: I was greeted by Dalia (hopefully I spelled her name correctly!) when I entered and she let me know she’d be right with me to take my order. As mentioned, I was undecided between 3 lattes and Dalia walked me through the flavor profile of each one until I landed on the Root Beer.
Pricing: Total price with tip was about $9.60.
Bathrooms: There are two individual use bathrooms
Overall great coffee shop- I gave five stars solely due to the boldness of their creativity with their seasonal lattes. I love forward thinking cafes- they provide you with an unforgettable experience!“

“Excellent recent experience. We visited on a Thursday afternoon. That made our tour group very small, just two adults. Very welcoming greetings with the staff. The best part is the presentation of the tour. If you enjoy great presentations of history, neat tidbits you might not get from videos or books, this is definitely for you. Looking forward to return visits with friends and family. Highly recommend.“

“Holy cow there savory pies are amazing. We stopped after looking for pastys all over Milwaukee. I had the beef stew and my daughter had a chicken and herb. We both loved them and have talked about them since getting home to Michigan. My husband stopped on his way home from work and brought me the sausage and chicken and herb! Outstanding. Can't wait for my hubby to bring more home.“

“Got the haven sandwich and lox bagel which were both yummy. The matcha was decent too. Came here on a Sunday morning/early noon and a DJ came to play some vinyl records and the vibes were great. Ample amount of seating and big picnic style tables that are large enough to play games with friends.“

“Anodyne ended up being the perfect wedding venue for us. The rustic meets modern downtown coffee shop vibes were just what we were looking for. Let me tell you, this place is nice during the day, but at night this place comes alive with the string lights, moody mirrors, and classic radio wall. My husband and I took moments throughout the night to just around and admire the dreaminess of the venue. We received so many compliments about the bartenders and the venue coordinator Erica. The bartenders were super friendly and fast, and one of them even told us at the end of the night how much fun they had too! Erica was AMAZING to work with throughout the year and a half of planning. From the very first email to the last goodbye at the end of the wedding, she was the reason that everything ran so smoothly. We had multiple meetings with her leading up to the wedding, and she was helpful and accommodating every time. She told us that her goal was for us to enjoy our day and not sweat the small things, and that's exactly what she did! We held the ceremony and the reception there, and the transition after the ceremony was seamless and took less than ten minutes. Erica and her staff also set up all of our decor. We left the decor with her the day before the wedding, and when we walked up the stairs into Anodyne everything was set up the way we imagined it. No, better than we imagined! They went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend Anodyne if you're getting married in Milwaukee!“
“Visited with friends last Saturday. Had absolutely the best chicken shawarma ever. The marinade and addition of pickles in the sandwich put it over the top for me. My wife had the beef sandwich with peppers which was equally delicious. Service was extremely friendly. The place was bright and totally spotless. The view of the St. Josephat grounds was nice too. I would recommend this place at or near the top of my list.“
“What an awesome space! I took my toddler after school for a treat and we really enjoyed it. The service was great and we had delicious tea and hot chocolate and even a croissant. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated for dia de muertos. There was also by chance a poetry workshop! We’ll definitely be back and have been telling all our friends about it too! Keep up the great work!“

“For our daughter’s grad brunch we decided to have it catered instead of cooking ourselves & Green Baked Goods did not disappoint! Ordering was easy, communication was open & our order was beyond perfect. We ordered the biggest breakfast charcuterie board which was a huge hit with all the varieties of baked goods, & fun layout. The variety of mini quiches were delicious & the perfect portion sizes for a buffet style brunch. Also easy to serve. Cheesy potatoes & the French toast bake were so good I wish I ordered more for leftovers. Not a crumb was left behind. We will absolutely be going to & catering with Green Baked Goods again. 10/10 recommend this family owned business. Thank you GBG’s for helping us celebrate our daughter’s graduation in grand style! 💚“

“Stopped by on our way out of town. Bright cute coffee shop with multiple tables and outlets if you need them. A+ customer service, I ended up getting a speciality drink and honestly want the biggest fan based on personal taste. The staff were super nice about it and when I asked graciously made me a latte instead.“

“This small coffee shop, tucked in the 777 build has been a nice ritual for me when I have to head into the office. The Brista is very friendly and he has made some pretty solid recommendations which have helped me change up my routine from a regular latte. I also like how they also have Lupi & Iris soups in the grab and go cooler, perfect when I don't have dinner planned for the evening.“
“Butterfly museum 🦋 hands down amazing experience!“

“Brim Cafe and Catering is truly an all-star and gem of the Milwaukee Area. They have graciously donated to Children's Wisconsin's Miracle Marathon the past few years, and made sure dietary needs are met in a delicious and incredible way! The Mediterranean Catering menu is a true highlight, offering incredible flavor! Pair that with the incredible service Brim provides, and it turns into a match made in heaven! I cannot recommend enough!!“

“Had such a delicious chai latte there today and a really scrumptious dill havarti and turkey sandwich (thanks, Mary!) I need to make a point to get here more often. Plus, today, some artists were selling their wares, so it was fun to see what was there! I had limited time so I hope this ad hoc makers market happens again when I can spend more time taking a look at everything. Also, the ambience at Hi-Fi never disappoints! I have been going to the cafe since it opened in the '90s; to me it is a staple of what an artsy and music focused coffee shop should embody-- true cultural gathering place to foster creativity and community.“
“they have the best crema and chamomango out of anywhere I've tried. I always have to get something from here everytime I go to southridge“
“My 92 y/o aunt treated us at the plaza today. Great food and amazing service from chef Peter and crew. Thank you so much for the memorable experience“
“I stopped by during my break at work to grab some coffee and a snack. The food and drink pricing was reasonable, but I would recommend just getting a coffee if you need to walk back since it takes some time to make a fancier drink. Enter thru Entrance 1 at the MATC M building on 6th Street and you will see it right away as you walk inside. There is plenty of seating inside if you're looking for a study spot. Their breakfast sandwiches were sold out by 10am, so come early if you're looking for that. The blueberry muffin and latte were delicious.😋🧁☕️ There's plenty of staff working the cafe and I didn't need to wait long for my drink.“

“This is a secret gem located downtown Milwaukee in what I call the Quarles and Brady building because their name is on top. But I am sure that’s not the name of this office building. However, Davian’s 411 has delicious food, friendly and fast service and affordable prices. The building also has a convenience store and gourmet popcorn shop with awesome, kind owners that run them. Each of these 3 businesses treat me really good and I appreciate them. Plus, the security desk has a great staff as well.“
“I was taken there at the suggestion of my client and had a terrific lunch. My omelet was delicious and filled with veggies, my American fries were crispy but not burnt, and my toast was just tasty. I definitely will be returning. Our service was excellent, friendly and attentive. The entire restaurant was very clean. I was so thrilled to be supporting a locally owned business. I would recommend Market Place Cafe to anyone who enjoys breakfast anytime and flavor filled, diner food.“

“Recently, I stopped in to Casera MKE and got myself some food.
I ordered myself two cookies: A chocolate chip (first picture), and the Honey Creek cookie (second picture). Both were good! Especially that honey creek cookie — nice, buttery flavor.
The drink was their “Manila Fog!” Which is a London Fog but spiced with ube and sprinkled with coriander. I don’t mind the occasional tea, and this one was good and you guys know I’m all about ube and Filipino ingredients!
Had a great time at Casera! The vibe is really cool, the place is very big and spacious as well. Really bright and welcoming, too!“

“First time visiting and it was great! The dine-in area itself has limited seating but was filled with a section of cat products (treats, dry food, toys, etc). All of the cats were adorable and different in personalities. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when my friend asked to add vanilla syrup to her drink. Would totally come again!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Pfister Hotel is an absolute gem and hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the service and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve stepped into pure elegance and comfort. The dining experience here is exceptional — Chef Lucas truly takes breakfast to another level. His signature omelette with sausage and cheese curds is on a whole different planet — rich, flavorful, and something I’ll be craving long after I leave. It’s become my go-to every morning, and honestly, it’s a big reason I’ll keep coming back to the Pfister year after year. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, this place delivers class, comfort, and incredible food in every way.“
