“Delicious food, helpful staff, and beautiful ambiance!“

“My husband and I visited Door County for the first time and wanted to try a supper club. SO glad we went to Donny Gliddens. We had a reservation for 6:30 but arrived early around 6:00 on purpose to check out the scenery and have an old fashioned (first time). All the staff was wonderful, the bartender talked with us a bit and was very friendly. Our server was Gretchen who was so great! We had the stuffed shrimp appetizer special which was amazing. My husband had the lamb chops for dinner which he absolutely loved and I had the salmon with shrimp. It was SOO good. The portion was also very generous. We were too full for dessert but I imagine their desserts are amazing as well. On top of the great food and service, the views are stunning. Next time we are in Door County we will absolutely be back to Donny Gliddens.“

“5 stars for a well oiled family diner! The hostess sat us right away. She asked what drinks we would like, and brought them to us herself. Soon enough, our waitress was at our table and took care of us promptly. we were there on Mother’s Day so they were very busy. It’s a local diner and everyone was very friendly. Our food was served hot and fresh. This was our second visit, and we won’t hesitate to return.

Vegetarian options: There are not a lot of vegetarian options except for standard breakfast fare.“

“Can always count on this Culver's. It is well located for us to make a mid-trip stop between Madison and our cabin in the northwoods. There is a huge parking-lot and a grassy area for us to walk the dogs. We typically get take-out and chow-down in the shade, while the dogs mooch a french-fry or two.“

“I love Sunrise Food & Drinks! It needs a sign that says Mexican Food though! "Sunrise" doesn't get that across. Their Mexican food is incredible. Everything is great, but wow, what a treat to get a super Mexican breakfast in Sturgeon Bay.💛“

“We had dinner Saturday night, started out at the bar with cocktails, the bartender was fabulous for our big group, then to our table for our meal, the salad bar was excellent, wine at the table, everyone’s meal was perfect. I had scallops and they were cooked perfectly. Our waitress was wonderful,very helpful as we brought in a cake for a birthday. Then back to the bar for after dinner drinks. We had a great time and we will be back . Highly recommend !“

“Waterfront Mary's Bar & Grill is a great spot for fantastic food and a wonderful view of Sturgeon Bay. It is fun, whimsical and and all around great time. The seafood chowder is amazing! We also thoroughly enjoyed the fish boil, fried cheese curds, listening to live music, sitting by the water and enjoying the beauty of the place and space. The owners and staff are all super friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!“

“Not sure what the negative reviews are about ..I guess you get what you give. Perch was delicious, fries, coleslaw, and curds were all really good and it was large portions. Waitress was friendly and food came out in a good amount of time for everything being freshly made.

Kid-friendliness: Took two kids with me, both were happy. They don't have a "kids menu" but I never use those anyways.“
