We were on our way to Grand Rapids and stopped at Culver's for lunch. There was an employee there who was outstanding! So polite and helpful. If I would have seen a manager I was going to tell him what a good employee he was. His name was Felix.
Very positive environment, staff was smiling and looked like a good group of workers.
I ordered CURDside ☺ and yes there was a bit of a wait, but I wasn't in any hurry and it was busy as usual. The young man who brought me my meal was apologetic and Soo nice. All of the employees are Soo nice and polite ❤ when I got home I saw what I thought were coupons in my bag, but they were for a free concrete mixer and value basket! I wasn't expecting that! Thank you for such a nice gesture. ❤Your spicy chicken sandwich is the best anywhere 🙌🏼❤
