“Monday Meal Wheel gang here. Another good meal and we are leaving full and happy. Waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Had Whisky Burger, Tomato Basil soup, Broccoli Chicken Alfredo and the Chicken Honey BBQ Skillet. No complaints at all with anything.“

“We had a family gathering at Eddies tonight. The food and atmosphere were fantastic! Many delicious, made from scratch options were offered using local, fresh ingredients. The blueberry cheesecake we had was sooooo goood! I recommend taking some time to check out many items displaying the history of Eddies hanging throughout the restaurant including their first menu from 1940.“

“My husband and I dined here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. And WOW was everything tasty! We started with the Nueske's Bacon & Bleu Cheese Fries, such a good combination of flavors! I had the Pluma Iberico Pork, very tender and tasty. My husband had the ribeye which was also very tender and had a really good seasoning on it. Garlic chive whipped potatoes? Can’t go wrong there! We ended with the raspberry tiramisu, but there wasn’t a whole lot of room left so we definitely took it home. Sam was our server and he was also great! He made some recommendations when we asked, made sure we had everything we needed, and was sure to wish us a happy anniversary before we left. We will likely be repeat customers!!“

“I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were fried instead of poached and were not cooked to soft, but they did not ask me for my preference. The eggs were fried to crunchy bottom, not the way I liked my eggs, I was not 100% satisfied. The sauce was tasty and plentiful. The rest of the meal was good.“

“The best Chicken Caesar Salad I’ve ever had! Period. End of story. (except please keep reading) I’m so happy I got to talk to the mastermind behind this dish (Brandon knows what he is doing!!!), because I wouldn’t normally order this salad. I usually find Caesar salads to be bland and boring. Not this one! Smoked bacon (made in house), croutons (made in house), plus a Caesar dressing that compliments instead of overpowering the salad - yes, again made in house. Then Brandon explained how he makes the chips in house (I won’t try to explain it, because I won’t do it justice), but just know that it is like a chip and a waffle fry had a baby, and these chips are the wonderful, delicious outcome ~ light, but flavorful! A must order!!! The cherry on top was the great service. Cathy was a fabulous bartender and server! She was welcoming from the moment I sat down, and was attentive, without being overbearing. She also made great cocktails! Overall, The Shack was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back on a weekly bases while in town for work. They apparently had a rough go during Covid, but Brandon (& others) have been working tirelessly to improve things, and I’m definitely impressed! I recommend you give them a try as well!“

“This is seriously the most underrated place in Duluth/Superior. I just came here on my boat, which I can tie up. However, you can easily get here in your vehicle. Take a look at this view. Are you going to go to any other place and have a better view in this area? This is such a great place. Not a question, five out of five. What an awesome place. I had to add pictures to show you what the inside looks like. Even a pool table. One thing to add. This is the bar I took pictures of which is separate from the restaurant. They do have a restaurant, but the bar is open from 4 PM to 11 PM Sunday through Friday. Saturday is open 11 AM to 11 PM. Make sure you call ahead of time to verify these times, but I’m telling you it’s legit.“
