“I wanted to say thank you to this location. I have had a some bad experiences with the last few subways I have been to but this location in thorp is great. Not only was the store itself clean and inviting the young gentleman (Jacob) working when we came in was absolutely amazing. He greeted us immediately while he was making some online orders and explains he just needed to finish that up before helping us but he didn't stop at that he continued to have a nice conversation with us as he worked. He was super polite and once it was refreshing to have such service. Once he was done with the online order he made our subs and I again was impressed with the way he made our sandwiches. He not only took his time to make sure they were made right but also didn't just throw stuff on the sandwich and make it a mess. I truly wish more people would put the time and effort in to their jobs like Jacob did for us. I truly appreciate it and wanted to make sure that this young man got some recognition. Thank you Jacob for making my day! I definitely recommend this location.“

“Order mixup a problem. There were couple young kids working
. This place is not open in the winter so maybe they were just learning on their first summer job.
Instead of a root beer float get the root beer blended into the ice cream
It is good and less messy.“

“Stopped here this evening on our way to Green Bay, the young man who helped us was extremely friendly, helpful & kind! He even chatted with us briefly about a recent trip he took to see the mountains out west! The service was very good and the gal who brought our food out was friendly as well!“

“We’ve stopped three times in less than a week and a half. Our food was hot and our order correct each time. There was a young man who worked hard to welcome us and make sure we had service with a smile and a bit of humor. We appreciate your extra effort. Kudos, Thorp McDonald’s.“
