“I absolutely live taco bell. I usually get their chalupas, and they are amazing. Never have I had such a good meal from a fast food place, and don't even get me started on their baja blast soda. It used to be that you could only get it at taco bell, but the feeling of getting one from there will never leave me. This place is one of the best places to have a quick meal, and is usually my go to place for tacos.“

I was immediately greeted, treated courteously and respectfully, and was overall very impressed! I know he was the manager as another individual came in to ask for a manager and he introduced himself as such. Plus, my sandwich was very good!“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

The second he walked out of that kitchen, I swear the restaurant lighting got better. The confidence? Radiant. The energy? Sparkling. The customer service? Absolutely giving.

I’ve seen celebrities with less presence. I’ve attended events with less production value. Meanwhile Joe was out here making sure every customer felt seen, appreciated, and emotionally nourished.

By the end of my visit, I wasn’t asking for extra parmesan. I was asking myself if I had witnessed greatness.

“I have a gluten and dairy allergy and I was so excited to see that they can accommodate my allergies! Amazing to have seasoned fries and a great burger. Shout out to Danielle who was so gracious, friendly, and just the nicest person ever!!!! Made me feel so comfortable and safe there with my allergies.“

“Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

“Easily some of the best food I've had, I live an hour and a half away and still recommend this place to friends for top tier Asian food. My go to is katos chicken, sesame chicken, and Cajun fries, these fries are so good. And it's cheap as well so another plus.“

“A&W combined with Rocky Rococo's pizza. Plenty of seating, but they are ancient and not very comfortable. Service on the slow side for a Friday and not that many people in line. Friendly staff. The overall has station is being renovated so maybe they will buy some new benches with functional springs.“

I was also planning on buying a drink and she finished the transaction without a single word spoken to me. I cant give it a bad rating because the rest of the staff was nice and the food is great. “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

The desserts are to die for, and they always are concistant with their orders bringing the food in good shape. The staff is kind, and they apologize if they run late. Make sure you add some kind of dressing because it can get a little dry with the ingredients. The service is always top-notch and they are really good sandwhich-makers. Glad that Lodi has one!“

“Julio is fantastic. He deserves a RAISE - do whatever it takes to KEEP him! Patient. Helpful/accommodating. Seamlessly balanced call-in orders and customers at the counter. He greeted everyone and listened to each person’s requests. Everyone we saw enter and leave appeared to be very satisfied and “seen.” (About 20 people while we ate.) He even took time to help someone with questions about the Subway app.“

The prices have gone up so much that we only eat once in a blue moon but 1 main guy that works@ Northport dr.&Sherman ave.- in Sherman plaza is the reason why we will be back . “I've loved this peak of mall food location for my whole life, and lemme tell ya pal, these guys are great. Multiple times I would go there in my usual comfy attire. Third eye, goth dress, cat ears and tail, just my everyday. And I was treated with up most respect and kindness like every other customer. No weird glances or comments at all! Those are the things I'd get in a Walmart, but not Auntie Anne's.

They got my back with their fantastic pretzel dogs. They're always hot and ready, almost like it was just for me. But oh ho ho, get ready for this, if you haven't had a strawberry smoothie from here? Gaw I can't tell you in perfect words just how wondrous my first one was. I just had a food-gasm about it frankly. You should get one if you love a tasty cold fruity drink.

The photo is from just last week when I was enjoying a lovely picnic with a pal of mine. However, side story, the mall security seemed to not like the idea. Allow me to vent/explain;

Mall security walked up to us within ten minutes or so and said that we had to keep shoes on and could only eat in the food court. We weren't being loud or messy, we were on the carpeted resting area on top of my blanket, we kept the food close to us so it wouldn't get on the floor. Tbh the only thing they should've reasonably held us for was the fact that I was sort of in the way of one of the benches. But that's it. Plus, I have sensory issues as an autistic customer so eating where all the noise and heat was wouldn't have worked for me.

Needless to say, we chose to eat our yummy food outside the mall after that. Didn't wanna cause trouble with the rules as I really like this Auntie Anne's location.

“My daughter and I just love this particular Taco Bell and the people that run it are wonderful. The staff is good. Their new high-tech speaker system is excellent. I like it better because it really understands everything we order. It goes over it. You can change it. It’s five star you can even hook up to your app And they know what you like and they let you know if there’s something special going on. It’s excellent staff is great and the food there. It’s the best Taco Bell that we like the most in Madison.“
