“I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .
Having not been there for a while I had no idea what I should try . I chose the Nacho Grande . I
The Nachos were as good as any restaurant I had been to . It really hit the spot . Definitely a Great Value .“

“First time trying Culver’s, and if you’re traveling through an area that has one, I’d honestly recommend stopping at least once to try it out. It definitely feels a bit different from the typical fast-food experience, with a much larger variety of burgers, sides, desserts, and frozen treats available.

My spouse and I tried the Swiss Melt along with their limited-time burger offering. Taste-wise, both burgers were actually pretty good. I’d personally rate them around a 7.5/10 for flavor. The only downside was presentation. When the food came out, it honestly did not look very appetizing visually, probably closer to a 4/10 on appearance.

The fries were also extremely salty, so if you’re watching your sodium intake, that’s something to keep in mind.

Now for the highlight: the desserts. I had the salted caramel milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious. Easily the best part of the meal and something I would definitely order again. Their frozen dessert menu alone is worth checking out.

The restaurant was very busy, which usually says a lot about local popularity, and service moved along well despite the crowd. Overall, a solid experience and a fun stop if you’ve never tried Culver’s before.“

“We stopped at this Madison WI Culvers on our way to Rockford today and our 16mo made friends walking around the restaurant after we ate. The manager was so nice to her, gave her 2 stuffies and meal cards for our next stop through! Thanks, Ana! We'll see you again in a few weeks. :)“

“A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“It's Arby's! They still have the same solid menu they always have. I grabbed a limited time value box and enjoyed it (sandwich, small fries, small drink, 2 mozz sticks, and a dessert). $8 was a great price point for lunch. The employees were polite and smiling, and the online ordering system was easy.“

“Took the family to Five Guys and they did it disappoint. Some of us choose to be while others have to be GF and the lettuce wrap burgers are incredible and among the best we have ever had. Caroline took our order and was great with the kiddos. Even gave us some full size cups due to being out of water cups. This spot is always a solid choice.“

“Went here for lunch today and got 2 rodeo double cheeseburgers and an apple pie. Had my order taken by Valentina and she was so amazing and personable, my food took like 30 seconds to get to me, and it was all piping hot and tasted great. Not gonna lie, I used to not really like a lot of BK places in the area but this one is top notch and always have great staff working.“

“The manager was one of the nicest people I met while in Middleton, visiting the area for a high school hockey championship. I was immediately greeted, treated courteously and respectfully, and was overall very impressed! I know he was the manager as another individual came in to ask for a manager and he introduced himself as such. Plus, my sandwich was very good!“

“Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. “Absolutely amazing experience here! Food was done quick and tasted phenomenal. My friends and I were hosted by Bernie I don’t quite remember but he was amazing. It was around 1-2 in the morning and his energy and love for the job was something else, the atmosphere was outstanding my friends and I are most definitely making our way back there especially if our friend Bernie is helping us. “My daughter and I just love this particular Taco Bell and the people that run it are wonderful. The staff is good. Their new high-tech speaker system is excellent. I like it better because it really understands everything we order. It goes over it. You can change it. It’s five star you can even hook up to your app And they know what you like and they let you know if there’s something special going on. It’s excellent staff is great and the food there. It’s the best Taco Bell that we like the most in Madison.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“
