“I’ve been looking for a new place to get protein shakes in Milwaukee and decided to try this place. Katy was a joy the minute I walked in! She talked with me about the menu and was very knowledgeable! She made a personal connection with me and was extremely welcoming. I will definitely be visiting this place more often.“
“It was really easy to make a reservation at Toast and the staff were very friendly. Atmosphere and music worked well for the space. Had the chicken and waffles, which was good. Food was hot and server was there when we needed. Overall, the food was good, but it didn’t blow it out of the park.“
“Mimosas is one of the best places for breakfast! They are on top of their game! The food is full of flavor, which tantalizes your taste buds! The service is great, and food is served fast. Omelets are big, fluffy, and packed with goodness, with mimosa potatoes, thick strips of bacon, and fresh baked bread for toast. Everything was delicious, I love this place.“
“I really shouldn't share this, as this is a gem on the Beer Line / Brewers Hill divide that doesn't take reservations. The food and people are both great.Parking: Park on any nearby street and walk, but don't expect to get in if you aren't in line when they open.“
“I've been to First Watch a few times, and I'm always very impressed at how nice their staff is to customers. My go to meal is the half salad and sandwich. They have a very good Cobb salad, fresh tasting ingredients. I also like how you can join the waitlist online.“
“For a chain breakfast restaurant, it was very good. The service was attentive and speedy, especially considering it was a busy Sunday morning. We had the biscuit and gravy, the works omelette and the farmhouse skillet. They all looked great, with fresh ingredients and were cooked perfectly. We especially liked the avocado, eggs, and potatoes in the skillet. It was very balanced both in texture and taste. The mocha mint iced coffee was a great finishing dessert. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return in the future.“
“My wife and kid recently went here and said how good it was, so I had to try it myself. Brought my kid back here yesterday and we had a wonderful breakfast! Pancakes, potatoes, eggs and bacon was our breakfast and it did not disappoint. We loved this house and the atmosphere and plan to come back again!“
“This was our second time at Cafe Agora for brunch; the food is consistently good (nothing fancy but still tasty) & the servers are kind. It was pretty busy today but our wait was still only around 10 minutes. Our server was attentive & the coffee was always refilled. I had the Forza Mozza Benedict: Brioche roll, tomato, spinach, fresh mozzarella, hollandaise sauce. I thought the brioche roll was an interesting choice but it was fluffy & added a nice sweetness. The hollandaise was good, well balanced, & there was a healthy portion. Overall, I would recommend this place for a casual brunch with folks who are into your classic staple foods; Cafe Agora does them well!“
“This place exceeded my expectations!! The owner is so kind and personable. The drinks were amazing. We had iced coffee as well as a peanut butter shake. No weird taste from the protein or light sugar content. Without a doubt we will return!“
“After several attempts to eat here we finally got in with only a 20 minute wait. Now I understand why the wait time is always so high. Excellent food and service. Portions are large and food is fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back and won't mind waiting.“
“Came on a Friday evening for the fish fry. Service was quick and we were in and out under and hour. Had the beer batter cod with potato pancakes, a salad, and apple sauce. They even gave us maple syrup for the potato pancakes. The fish was flakey, tender and breading was delicious. Pancakes were crispy and flavorful. Would definitely come back to try out breakfast too.“
