“Ordered lunch for a work meeting and the doordasher stated the order was delivered, but it never was. I called the store and spoke with the manager Barb who apologized for the mishap, remade the order, and had it sent out for delivery by a team member Rob so it would get here on time for the meeting. Excellent customer service!“

“So my wife goes to this branch almost everyday. She had some hiccups with her food where she has allergies to some type of food. But, the manager in this branch went above and beyond to make sure that everything is within my wife’s needs and she was even making things herself to make sure my wife’s needs would be satisfied with her food.. “This is for the Vliet Street location. I have hit up this place about 5 or 6 times over the last few (winter) months. I absolutely love the variety of soups. I will generally pick up a bowl and 1/2 sandwich for lunch and get a quart of something different to take with me. The food is delicious, well prepared and filling. I never thought I would say that soup was filling but it works for me. Need a cozy comforting lunch? Hit up The Soup Market.“

“We called ahead to inquire about seating for a party of eight—four adults and four children. The staff was professional and courteous over the phone, clearly explaining the seating process. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes before being seated.

Our server, Landen, was exceptional. He was patient, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed—not just as customers, but as guests. He engaged us in friendly conversation, offered helpful insights on menu options, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable.

What stood out most was his kindness and attentiveness, particularly toward our daughter with special needs. His thoughtful approach did not go unnoticed and meant a great deal to our family.

I highly recommend this Olive Garden location, not only for the quality of the food but especially for the outstanding service we received from Landen. He truly made our visit memorable.“

“We had a party of 9 that tried almost everything! Beets, marrow, empanadas, mixed grill, skirt steak, sandwiches, tacos, etc etc, including dessert. Every single thing was amazing. “My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!“

“Ordered from this location for corporate lunches the last couple weeks. Love that box lunches are an option, especially during the pandemic. Our orders have been absolutely perfect and the service even better. Way to go Bayshore! 👏🏽“

“I went there to visit with a friend and it was really nice. We sat outside. There was plenty of nice space to sit either in the shade or enjoying the sun. The menu and service is what you'd expect from a properly run Panera. The bathrooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleasant.“

“My only gripe is that they pre-program an auto gratuity on the signing screen of the credit card machine that you literally have to decline (by clicking "no tip") right in front of your cashier if you don't want to tip her 15% to 30% for scooping you out soup. I mean, she scooped my soup.“

“I love the Fuji apple chicken salad for my favorite salad!!! Favorite soup is broccoli cheddar. Favorite sandwich is bacon turkey bravo!! I recommend a “You Pick Two”. Half serving of mixture order of soup, salad, or sandwich. Good drink selection too! But get there before the mad dash of lunch!!! May be hard to find a seat!!“

“DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE ANYMORE. They used to have employees deliver. The service was always polite, orders were correct and I was happy to tip the driver well. Now, this location has made the short sighted decision to use the train wreck that is DoorDash. My experiences with DD has been nothing but a disaster no matter what restaurant. I refuse to patronize a company that fails so consistently. So today I was ill and ordered delivery. The online app DOES NOT inform you that DoorDash does the delivery until AFTER you check out. That’s kinda sneaky don’t you think? So, do I call the store and cancel my order? Not feeling well, I decided to give it another chance. DoorDash fulfilled my expectations and FAILED again. I was missing an item that was clearly on the receipt on the bag. I called the store and was told I would “need to address the problem with DoorDash”. I was not happy. I drove to the store and spoke my mind to the manager. She was polite and satisfied me as best she could. She made me a fresh order of the missing item and gave me a full refund. For that I am thankful. She did everything in her power to make me happy. I am hoping someone above the store manager learns of this experience and reconsiders their delivery arrangements. I will not use DoorDash or their business partners ever again.“

“This particular Panera is smaller and lacks the ambiance of most other Paneras. The lighting isn’t as cozy, no appealing booths or rich wood tones. But it’s very convenient location-wise for me. I think they are improving on their service since they opened over a year ago. The Sip Club works out well just as long as the liquid cane sugar and half and half aren’t empty for the iced coffee. I overall love their self-serve coffee and drink stations.
It’s a pain to go eastbound on Capitol because you can’t take a left out of Panera. You may want to consider going north on the small side street behind the building towards Lisbon Ave (except that construction with closures has been there lately).“

“Hit the mark with our visit last night. Sat at the bar for a beer and a big pretzel. Ended up sitting for dinner. What a patient staff we encountered. Actually felt like VIP. The service was tight yet not overwhelming. The jumbalaya was great. My wife loved her red cabbage, potatoes and schnitzel!“
