“Classic must try pizzeria. Absolutely delicious, they come up with great pie ideas and they are ALL hits. Their service is impeccable and their excellent cocktails give the experience the cherry on top . To add to that the prices are super reasonable. Great atmosphere, can't recommend this enough. It's become a go to return spot over the years, wether I go for a nice dinner with my partner, or getting "fancy" pizza and drinks with friends, this is the place to go.“

“Had a great dinner on a Saturday night. Dined at a late seating and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dishes were great, the deviled eggs were a great starter for our table and the entrees were big portions with a lot going on (on a good way). The farm to table and seasonal ingredients really accompanied the main proteins. I had schnitzel which was great. Others had the massive ribeye for 2 and boullabaisse and everyone enjoyed their meals.
Would done here again next time we visit Madison.“

“This is an amazing place to try! I have been coming here and bring guest to try all the time. I recommend Phing alla ( savory crepe), any thaali (rice platter; also very fun to eat) and mango lassi! Any of the momo. I like veg momo with green jhol. Their stir-fry noodle is made in-house so you cannot go wrong with that. Also best drink to drink with momo or stir-fry is cold Coco-cola!“

The deep fried food is so good, I have to get something fried everytime I go. The sandwiches and lasagna are crazy good. They have a great selection of beverages, both alcohol and non. Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and veggie sub and a few other things from what I remember. The vegetarian selection isn't huge, but there are definitely some options.

Kid-friendliness: Nice family diner atmosphere. Has a small candy machine and big gumball machine. Also has a driving simulator video game for kids to play as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs in the lot leading to the door, so wheel chair accessibility is not a problem. Handicap space in the lot, is directly next to the rear entrance as well. No automatic door though.“

And the random delivery of small plates, which was to be expected, could have been a little bit more even for our table of four. “They have very good food but the staff makes peanuts and is hungry for tips. I usually try to tip 20-25%. However one time when I got the bill it was way more than I had expected and I didn't have the funds to leave a tip. I felt really bad. To top it off I was told if I couldn’t tip better. don't come back. I instead of 2 drinks costing $13.00.(like the other businesses on the block)The bill was $21. I would have been leaving at least $5, but now I couldn’t. I feel the staff is a bunch of snooty college students, living off their rich parents dime.“

“I had my bridal shower at Drumlin Ridge and it was the perfect experience! The team was extremely prompt with replies and went over and beyond to help make it a great day, they even helped us put together a custom wine pairing for the event as our theme was “the perfect pair”. We had 25 guests which was a perfect fit for the room, but there was space for overflow. I really appreciated that there wasn’t a room rental and they were flexible with carrying in food, keeping it affordable for a shower! We had it on a Saturday at noon for about 2 hours with 1 hour of set up. Gorgeous venue and tasty wine as well!“

“I was at my first Forward game tonight and it got delayed/canceled. A vast majority of us went to LJ’s and the bartender (I apologize for not getting his name) was absolutely amazing. He made an announcement to acknowledge everyone and to let them know it was unexpected and staff would be doing their best. Not only was he professional, he managed to maintain a great attitude. The whole staff did well but the main bartender absolutely nailed it tonight.“

But for me, the highlight was the ginger cake. Freshly baked (warm on the inside) with whipped cream and pistachios. Flavors are spot on, not too sweet, not too spicy, just right. We also had the risotto which was delicious and comforting - also perfectly cooked al dente.“
