“I go here about once a week when I go to the library. A little pricey but I love all their monthly drinks and the variety of products. My favorite drink they have right now is the nutty Irishman and my favorite food item is their garden bagels. Always so good. Today I went for a second time in a week and spiced it up. I got a match madness which is a vanilla cinnamon coffee drink and an espresso brownie. So yummy!!! Always so friendly and quick. Now knowing they do pick up orders. I might have to come a few times a week before work. More I get order and familiar with local businesses around here. I am so happy to give my money to the small businesses! Especially when they are a 10 out of 10! Thanks guys, you rock!”

I already knew we wanted to use chat-r-box for our wedding because I grew up near their original restaurant and loved it, plus hearing from others that have had them at weddings. “WOW! We drove an hour to eat here and It was sooo worth it. Our waitresses was Megan who was an absolute angel and made us feel so welcomed. Even my 16 yo said the atmosphere was “lit” (a good thing I am told). It was the perfect amount of people too and overall had a class friendly atmosphere. Also the cloth napkins and super comfy chairs was the cherry on top. They sat us right next to the river! Food was brunch and it was super good! Price was also very reasonable. PS Give Megan a raise! :)”

“It was great! My wife and I were just there Wednesday October 22. Her blackened ribeye was done perfectly…not too salty with a great blackened flavor. My ribeye was done perfectly…nice fresh baked potato with the fixins’ and the veggies were done just right with a little bit of crispness. Cocktails were also done great! “We decided to try a new place for fish fry tonight and it do NOT disappoint! I had the 2pc, 1 baked and 1 deep fried with a large side of baby reds. everything was seasoned perfectly. My boys each had french fries with their fish and they were crispy and hot. Even my hubby who is more of a baked fish guy decided to skip the usual and go deep fried, the plates were empty when the table was cleared. Our server was super friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. We will definitely be going back to have many more fish fry Fridays here and checking out the other items available throughout the week!!! Great job Pour House”

“So many great things about The Branding Iron!!!! The best thing about this place is the staff and the owner. They make us feel so welcome every time we come in. Our waitress even remembers my order and just asks if I’d like the usual. Now, the food…oh the food…prime rib is seasoned PERFECTLY..it’s sooo tender and juicy. The salad bar is filled with all of the favorites, including pub cheese spread and crackers!! Lastly the cocktails…every month there are new specials, I’ve never seen such creativity in a drink menu. Different flavored old fashioned’s every month. (The blackberry vanilla old fashioned is to die for! ). All in all, The Branding Iron is the best supper club around!!!”

“Tends to be my favorite quick place for lunch if you want to run out somewhere for lunch. Food is good, good service and clean. Even if they are busy... turn around is pretty quick. If you look in the app or on the web they also have a $5 and $7 lunch bundle. Potato Ole with extra seasoning please! I also highly recommend their small Potato Ole Scrambler with Bacon if you want to try something for breakfast.”

“My husband and I frequent Grace's restaurant for the good food but most importantly the staff.Every waitress is friendly and professional and to start our day with lots of laughter and caring service is what kick starts our day.. We would definately recommend this restaurant. Laughter and jokes keep a person young and healthy and happy. That is service! Great job ladies! KAITLYN and KARRIE ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure we get exactly what we want and more. These two are a real asset to this company. “We moved to Wisconsin Rapids about a year ago and have been disappointed with the quality of the Culvers. We came from a city with 3 different Culvers, all of which offered consistently good food and service. Wisconsin Rapids...not so much. But, since options are limited in WR, we've patronized the restaurant despite the somewhat substandard experience. Tonight's experience was by far the worst, though. We pulled in to the drive-thru just after 9 pm and my partner placed an order for a cod sandwich basket, a grilled cheese, and soup. The cashier read our order back to us, we agreed that everything was correct, and we pulled up to the window. It took a REALLY LONG TIME for her to ring us up. Weird, but she didn't ask any questions or say anything, so we didn't think too much about it. (In retrospect, we realized she never told us the total or offered a receipt.) She put a number on our window and we pulled ahead. After a fairly long wait, considering that there were no cars ahead of us or behind us, someone brought our food out. Normally, they say, "Did you have the pot roast and the cheeseburger?" But this person said, "Number 60?" We looked at the number stuck to our mirror, which was, in fact, #60, so we said "Yes." The person handed us 2 bags of food, plus a tray with a shake and ice cream. I thought it was weird, but I had been on my phone when my partner ordered, so I couldn't remember/didn't know what he ordered. When we were about halfway home, he said, "Wait. Did you order a shake and ice cream? I can't remember." Realization dawned on us. I looked at the ticket on the bag, and it was in fact #60 - the number that had been stuck to our car - but the ticket had no resemblance to our order. Not one thing was the same. It was for three double cheeseburgers, plus ice cream, plus cheese curds, plus a shake. But, it was late and we were almost home, so we just decided to deal with it. Unfortunately, we can't check my partner's debit card to see if he was charged for the wrong order (which would be way more expensive than what we actually ordered). He changed phone numbers ages ago and can't get into his bank account since he can't get texted a code to log in. (Grrrrrrr.) But, I'm guessing that since we were handed that number by the cashier, we also paid for that order. What I really can't figure out is where that order came from since there was literally nobody ahead of us OR behind us. What the hell? Disappointing experience all around. Despite the lack of options in Rapids, we won't be going back.”

“We met for breakfast (4 adults and 1 child). We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and everything was good. Except for the biscuit (biscuits & gravy). You could tell it had been microwaved too long. It had definitely become an Elly Mae Biscuit. Note to the cook: Reheating biscuits too long makes them rock hard.”
