“This was our first time at the Junkyard Bar & Grill. We ordered cheese curds, spaghetti and meatballs, a cheeseburger and their smoked brisket! Everything was outstanding! We were all very impressed with their food and service. Our waitress, Sabrina, was one of the best waitresses we have ever had! She made excellent suggestions, and made a fabulous Old Fashion!!! Loved her, loved the food, loved Junkyard! We will definitely become regulars!”

“Outstanding little bar, selling top notch beer from their own brewery and a selection of great beer from other breweries. Very friendly and knowledgeable bartender, coupled with friendly clientele and a diverse selection of just about every type of beer you could wish for, made for a wonderful evening. We had a mix of pints and flights and would recommend the flights if you want to sample as much as you can. Our bartender made some great recommendations and will help you find the beer you like. We were even able to get some of the beers we liked put into cans at the end of the night at a very reasonable price. Didn't try the food but it seemed limited to pizza. Highly recommend having a drink here!!”

“I go here about once a week when I go to the library. A little pricey but I love all their monthly drinks and the variety of products. My favorite drink they have right now is the nutty Irishman and my favorite food item is their garden bagels. Always so good. Today I went for a second time in a week and spiced it up. I got a match madness which is a vanilla cinnamon coffee drink and an espresso brownie. So yummy!!! Always so friendly and quick. Now knowing they do pick up orders. I might have to come a few times a week before work. More I get order and familiar with local businesses around here. I am so happy to give my money to the small businesses! Especially when they are a 10 out of 10! Thanks guys, you rock!”

“Stopped tonight for a Fish Fry. We don't get here often enough. Friendly service and our food was delicious. We started out with a few cocktails and the deep fried pickle spears. Followed that up with the 2 piece Haddock, with added shrimp and the 2 piece Canadian Walleye. Zero complaints.”

My eggs and hash were perfectly done to my request and my wife's French toast was decadent!! We highly recommend this establishment and there are many homemade items. Definitely coming back!”

“The fried Green Beans were delicious! So was the Fish Fry, wish there was maybe a 4th piece or that the 3 were a little larger, but it was super yummy!!! Although all the tables were full and there were only like 3 people working (2 bar tenders and one cook from what I could tell), the female bartender did a fantastic job running the floor and serving the tables. She was very nice and gave recommendations since my mom and I were in from out of town. And the prices were very reasonable: less than $40 for an appetizer, 2 dinners, and a beer. Highly recommend!

“We decided to try a new place for fish fry tonight and it do NOT disappoint! I had the 2pc, 1 baked and 1 deep fried with a large side of baby reds. everything was seasoned perfectly. My boys each had french fries with their fish and they were crispy and hot. Even my hubby who is more of a baked fish guy decided to skip the usual and go deep fried, the plates were empty when the table was cleared. Our server was super friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. We will definitely be going back to have many more fish fry Fridays here and checking out the other items available throughout the week!!! Great job Pour House”

“Anchor Bay Bar and Grill offers a beautiful atmosphere on the scenic Wisconsin River. We ordered a homemade pizza pizza and one of their specialty burgers. They were both very tasty. They have a large bar and dining room area to accommodate large groups of people along with ample outdoor seating. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Parking: Large gravel parking lot with ample parking. There is no charge to park.

Kid-friendliness: This bar & grill offers two styles of high chairs and has booster seats. The bathroom also has a baby changing station.

Wheelchair accessibility: This bar & grill offers two big double doors as the entrance for easy entry. Tables in the dining room are adequately spaced for accessibility. There are also seating options on the patio that would be appropriate.”

“Was there on a Saturday night. The prime rib was ok, the ribs were good and the shrimp were good. Service on the other hand was terrible and slow. I understand staffing issues are a problem industry wide, but the the beverage service is severe bottleneck problem at this restaurant”

“Ordered from DoorDash, this is my first time having food from here. The food was extremely good and hot. They gave me 2 ranch cups with my chicken strips, which was very appreciated. I asked if I could have a pickle since a lot of their sandwich pictures showed pickles. As a pregnant lady, a pickle looked very good. I didn’t expect anything but they gave me two pickles! “We met for breakfast (4 adults and 1 child). We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and everything was good. Except for the biscuit (biscuits & gravy). You could tell it had been microwaved too long. It had definitely become an Elly Mae Biscuit. Note to the cook: Reheating biscuits too long makes them rock hard.”
