“We ate at the Valentines Dinner last night and enjoyed the food. It was well prepared and the buffet presentation was fine. I have a couple of suggestions for any other higher priced dinners you plan. Wine and other alcoholic drinks should be served in glasses. We got wine in a plastic glass. The waiters were in shorts and jeans. Again this took away from the special occasion this was supposed to be. And someone should point out all the food stations. From the flyer it read like a sit down dinner but was a buffet instead. We missed the salad station and were waiting on desert until someone out where we could get it.“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“The prices are WAY too high for the box lunches or I would probably eat here once every week or two. Fortunately, their receipts have promos on them if you complete a survey etc. and they often email promos/coupons. The staff is CLEAN, very friendly and has treated me very well. I am disappointed they discontinued baked beans as a side. The croissants and cookies are especially tasty. Happy to still have this business in our area“

“Been here so many times I can't count but never said anything about my experience. This is by far the best place for Cajun dry rub wings. They are amazing. The ghost pepper burger is great as well. I had the jalapeno cheese sticks for the first time today and I'll never get plain again. I will be back again for sure“

“This evening I went into Friday’s for dinner and was greeted with a big smile by the hostess. The bar area and dining area were both crowded but our food was delivered fast and was also very good! I can say that the Whiskey Glazed Ribs are the best ribs I’ve ever ate. Our servers name was Morgan and she was so kind and friendly to us, she knew the menu very well, kept our drinks full and made sure our food and everything was good. Overall 10 out of 10 for me and will be recommending!“

“Rarely had any bad or overcooked food from this location. Usually good service. Sucks they shortened their hours from 7pm to 2pm. Edit: Open to 7pm again. Must have been pandemic related.“

“I ordered 2fish and chicken dinners with loaded baked potatoes and a 4 piece chicken dinner we had to wait for long time to get our food then it was cold and the potatoes had been setting the cheese was hard the chicken was hard.i would have told them there but i knew there would be a scene cause my husband would have went off.crew wasn’t very friendly.one boy was trying to do inside and drive threw.here’s some pics of the food.i come there a lot and never have had any issues.“

“Walked in Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. No Friendliness from the white girl or the black girl that seated us. I guess they didn’t want to smile and say hello. Then came Minnie the waitress for our table. Smiling and Friendly Minnie was excellent. She made up for the other two Employees. Food was great Clean Restaurant“
