Cleanest dining room most friendly and helpful crew I have ever encountered. I left my purse and the wonderful manager kept it safe and mailed it to me. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this particular Chick-fil-A!
Love that they have a play area for kids! My daughter loves it.

Chick-fil-A in Beckley, WV is known for its friendly and professional staff, along with a clean dining area. The location offers quick drink refills and efficient drive-through service, making it convenient for customers on the go. While the rewards app reset can be frustrating for some, the overall fast service helps keep customers satisfied. The restaurant is popular among families, especially since it has a play place where children can burn off energy before continuing their trip. Some customers feel that the breakfast sandwich's grilled chicken portion was disappointing, and the men's bathroom is adequate, but the women's bathroom can have a long line during busy times. Access to the building and drive-through is a bit tight due to the awkward intersection, but the well-managed operations and quick service continue to attract visitors, even if the food is sometimes not the best.
