“This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. I notice a lot of the other ones pre make everything and it is not fresh at all. This one makes everything fresh and it is so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you.“

“I had a good experience, the lady that took our order so joyful , she was in such great spirit and was so nice she is a person that you would want to keep around. She was smiling she greeted everyone with pleasure and it was good to go to fast food place and have good service . “The food here was fantastic It is all cooked to order so it comes out piping hot!
Everything was phenomenal way better than the fish places we have here.
I actually mentioned where we were from and the lady who was taking our order no kidding was from the same city that we're in.
I mean what are the chances!
Everyone had such a great attitude The atmosphere was great and there were a lot of people there that night enjoying their food not one complaint that I know of. I did order the fried oysters and I am not a fan not because they were gross by any means that they did but because I just didn't like them yuck!

“We were traveling from New York. Don’t have Long John Silver in our area. We did enjoy the food. The Resturant definitely needs a make over . Booths need paint. Old tables. Railing and steps outside need painting. No curb appeal. Woman’s bathroom door lock was broken and toilet dispenser was taped. Shouldn’t be this way. Needs some class for sure. We do miss and love John silvers. I’m sure they make enough money to do upkeep.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“

“It's a Wendy's, it's got a freestyle soda machine which is nice. Only left the review because the woman working the front register at around 6 pm on 5/3/26 was doing a very good job. She was very polite, and she was even bringing people's food out to them instead of calling the order number. I didn't catch her name“

“It was awful! Was lucky to have like 1 pickle, a small strip of an onion on the burger. Was not given any ketchup or napkins. The chocolate milk was in a container you push a “adjustable “ straw into & you still could not drink it. Will never go back!“

“This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! After speaking with the manager of the store he explained that there has been issues with the website and app changing the selected details of the order.

The crew members are now being coached by the manager to ensure the quality of service. To properly coat the wings with the rub or sauce. To make sure the crust is correct.

The manager has been very responsive and has remade the pizza for me. The crust was delicious and I do love a good cheese pull. Thank you for quickly addressing the issues and for making my pizza for me. Thank you for the nostalgia. My kids enjoyed it.

For Mother’s Day I wanted a Super supreme pizza. I got a meat lovers with jalapeño peppers. Not only was this pizza the wrong toppings. It was a thin crust. I paid extra for a pan crust. I paid extra for the topping I wanted. Their chicken wings were all flats except for one.

The chicken tasted like you do not get orders often for that particular item. The wings tasted as though no effort was put in this seasoning being applied. did you not want to make the dough for a pan pizza or are you used to just assuming your Customer will accept your lack of effort? I have not made a review in a long time since moving to West Virginia.

You have inspired me to actually leave a review. There is a reason why the Little Caesars has so much business. This is why Pizza Hut is pretty much bankrupt. Consistency and quality is everything. I wouldn’t even care if the crew was rude if my food was fantastic and what I paid for. I was so disappointed I didn’t take pictures of the pizza. Which is not normal for me as a foodie.

It is astounding how the employees of a business can destroy it from the inside out. This is the reason why pizza Huts are closing. This is why yum! brands is scrambling to figure out if this loved and classic restaurant can be saved. the lack of pride for the job that you applied for is disheartening.

“If they ever figure out the portion sizes it'll go a long way, some days it's overloaded but most of the time it's just barely enough... More rice and beans isn't why i eat there. Nothing at all like it used to be.

Friendliness is there but can be hard to find and you sort of have to pull it out of the people if you can get the to talk at all.

Food wise, it's really great tasting but availability isn't always great, to many times I've had 3 pepper slices and an onion slice because that's all there was in the thing.“

“I use the online ordering system at this subway 3 or 4 times per week as the first stop of my morning commute to work. The service is always excellent and the food is always fresh. They start making my order immediately after placing it online, and it’s always ready when I arrive. Best subway in the surrounding area by far. 10/10 would recommend.“
