“I made my second visit to Ortega's yesterday and was just as delighted as the first visit! The food is delicious and the service is great. It has a great vibe and is immaculate in terms of how clean and nice the dining space is! I got carry out and I really, really appreciated seeing my food was wrapped in simple foil and chips in a brown paper bag. It's not always the easiest or cheapest way for a restaurant to use more eco-friendly methods so they deserve a shout out from someone who noticed and appreciates this effort! I had a 30+ minute drive afterwards with my carry out and my tostada was STILL crunchy when I got to my destination!! And also delicious 😊 I was so impressed! If you live in Charles Town or are just passing through like me do not miss a chance to stop in at Ortega's!“

“This is a long John silver with an A&W in one restaurant. You can order from anyone you like and also mix and match.. there aren’t many of these restaurants left across the country. I was pretty happy to see them and that too together. Food is good. They’re quick with it quality is as expected. It really takes you back. Prices are extremely reasonable. You will have a fulfilling meal here. The other fast food joints and try something different here.

I ordered from the A&W menu, specifically the spicy double papa burger. And all the veggies on the burger were extremely fresh and the fries are amazing. All For $10. Definitely better value & better taste as compared to a lot of the other fast food joints.“

“Food always great when we stop here. The only thing that bugs me is the fact they advertise 4 and 6 pc combo, for saucy buffs and there's times we've been able to get it no issue, but there's been twice that have gave us issues stating it's only made a combo under a 10 or 20.. I love their food. But other than that it's the best late night order I know is always gonna hit the spot.“

“We needed something fast for lunch, so we shared the Luxe Box, which was enough for two of us to share to tide us over until dinner and was around $11-12 with an extra medium drink, so we have our gift card to eat one more lunch at Taco Bell for a quick lunch! Clean, fast, courteous at Charlestown, WV location, and were getting ready to put Christmas decorations out. Therefore, 5 stars for a fast food joint.“

“Easily the best place for fast food in the area. I am very particular with food. It must be hot and fresh, not food that has been sitting around and reheated. This place is easily my go-to when I want that greasy fried food craving. Everywhere else here will reheat their food. And their service is very good as well.“

“im not sure the gentleman's. name that delivered pur pizza today, but he is by far the nicest delivery driver ive met. we had a horrible experience with one delivery driver and this man made up for that today. he deserves a raise and to be recognized for sure. im Sorry I didnt get his name, but our delivery was on S. “I've experienced some slow movement at the drive-through at times. But in their defense, I often arrive during prime time for the dinner rush. I suppose the high volume of customers speaks enough for the quality they provide. They have won me over in the chicken sandwich war.“
