“Close to the Fair grounds & swimming pool park! Great for kids of all ages. Drive thru is close to the main road so be safe pulling off. Very quaint location with a great outdoor picnic area! No inside dining. We had a great blizzard & service was quick. We love supporting lil local businesses & this location is super close to Winfield-Teays Valley Area. Less time to wait as well. I assume there are walk ups available as well! We will be back!“

“My son and I just ate there and everything was excellent from the customer service to the food.. after dinner we got deserts and this banana split was the prettiest one I ever got. Everything was so good.. The manager Heath is always so on point with running the shift. Thank you so much“

“I have visited this shop about a dozen times. I love the fresh food. I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“The food was hot and fresh, service was great, atmosphere amazing. But the night shift manager was rude and disrespectful to the employees in the kitchen. I believe that the managers name was Hope I came in the lobby around 5:00 pm and all I heard the night shift manager Hope yelling constantly and belittling the employees. Great store very clean but I will not come in the evening time, I will come in earlier during the day.“

“Food was fresh and made to order. French fries were excellent and had a slight sweet taste up front that I enjoyed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with added mushrooms. It was greasy in a good way but healthy isn't the goal here. It hit the spot and I enjoyed my first visit.“

“Sunday went their for lunch. Got a Big Buford was a sandwich 5 stars . It was a ey good sandwich. Got a Chocolate Milkshake Medium size. Was just like drinking Chocolate milk. Terrible Chocolates flavored worth no stars. Guys learn how to make a milkshake, IAM sure your get it right. A great Burger.“

“I would love to give a shout out to Hurricane McDonald's. Today, I believe to be a manager or assistant manager, came in to Fruth Pharmacy to get some Lysol spray. So very friendly. I made a comment, well you could have brought me a senior black coffee. I was just joking. A little later an employee shows up with 4 cups of coffee and Apple and cherry pies. Such a wonderful act of kindness. All the employees at Fruth want to thank you so much.“

“This location has probably the friendliest employees of any Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Great food and fast service, and a big shout out to Tammy for being so kind and helpful and thanks to the cookie fellow (sorry I didn’t get his name) for the cookie for my son.

I loved the burgers, I really recommend them, (great job to the cooks btw) the wife loved the roast beef sandwich, my son absolutely loved the BBQ pulled pork.“

“I just had to leave a review about my experience here. I made an online order and the person that made my food forgot an add on I paid for. I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. This is how customer service is done and you guys will always have my business on my treat days!“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“

“Winfield is a small town with just a handful of restaurants including wendys! On that note, Wendy's stays pretty steady at all hours, I have never had any problem with waiting to long, or my food being messed up. I've never ran into those problems. Everyone that has waited on me, is always pleasant and energetic. On the end note, I can't say anything bad about this little place! You will be greeted with sweet smiling faces!! Your food will be hot and so good!! Keep up thr greatness Wendy's!!!“

“My husband went to this Wendy's for lunch while traveling and is making me leave a review for his experience...lol said he walked into the cleanest Wendy's he's ever seen. He said he was greeted by a young lady named Ada. He said she was gracious, kind, professional and took his order along with several others. Once finished, she went to clean the already clean lobby.

He said her service was impeccable. He said all of the workers were working, but her service stood out. Kudos to the Nitro West VA Wendy's team and the Management there. He'll be back...lol“

“I have food allergies and Ava, one of the women working, went out of her way to accommodate and make me feel less weird about having a special order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are someone who struggles with food allergies. Ava is AMAZING!“

“they r slow and the food is yuck I got a 10pc chicken nugget meal with large fry n drink my fries were half full and cold and old I took them back gave them to 1st window she said pull up to next window so I did they were waiting on me with a fry so I grabbed n goed got half way home which is 2mins from McDonald's and ate a fry it was still cold n old it looks like they added more cold old fries to the ones I returned so I called the manager maralynn she said on the phone she remembers me returning fries cause she dropped fresh fries for me but I was only at the drive thru once I gave them old fries for 30 seconds it takes at least 3 mins to make fresh fries she lied plain out lied and my friend just stopped working there and she knows maralynn and said she never deals with the fries she never drops them or anything other than scooping them up into the small med lrg boxes McDonald's in Winfield WV sucks“

“We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity. Thank YOU, WENDY, for making our visit such a nice experience!!“
