“Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. Lady continues to be rude as hell all while this girl is busting her a** helping her team and customers. Go Britt! Love, a fellow Industry worker who saw you putting in work.“

“I had a client bring me a strawberries and cream matcha and oh my gosh it was so good. Whenever I’m in the area in the future this is a stop I will not skip out on again!“

I plan on being a regular customer since my house is not even 5 mins away. Way better than Dunkin and Starbucks! So many people told me to try this over a year ago.“

“Absolutely amazing flavors of ice cream. We got 2 different flavors and each of us absolutely loved the delicious flavor. So refreshing to have a clean ice cream option in our area. The coconut lime crumb cake flavor tastes just like cheesecake and oh my goodness the honey elderflower pear was perfectly sweet. Thank you for having the high quality of ice cream for a reasonable price in our area.“

“Great bagels! I had the bacon, tomato and cream cheese on an everything bagel. I go out of my way to get one when I come to Williamsport to work. The young ladies that work the counter are delightful as well. I really wish the carry-out experience offered telephone ordering. That would be really helpful and I would probably come by more often on my busy days. Thank you, for yumminess.“

“Went there for the first time today; the coffee is delicious!!!! Blueberry muffin was rather large so I took my time eating it. I love how friendly the place is and feels. I’m hoping to learn about volunteer opportunities at some point. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.“

“Can't complain about a Starbucks. They never disappoint. Even with the line being very long it was very totally understanding since it was in a very busy location but again with the line being very long we were able to get through rather quickly.“

“It's the best dunkin around this area. Because the employees are all nice and polite. Compared to the others around this are that are not good. The customer always gets exactly what they order. The only down fall is it's inside the absolute worst Walmart. I'd like to see this group of employees take over any other dunkin around. Until then we will keep going there just because of the group of employees they have are truly excellent...“

“I tried messaging them private but they never answered because I don't think one bad employee defines your whole bakery. My girlfriend and I visited your bakery last weekend. The manager on duty seemed a little agitated with a prior customer and had an attitde while we were ordering. She checked us out and then put our food in the microwave to warm up as we requested. She went to the back while we waited. We were standing there for about 5 minutes and when she came back to the front, she was holding a dirty plunger in her hand and grabbed our food out of the microwave. We were disgusted and ended up throwing our food away. We did not want to make a big deal and have other customers upset. I thought it was a good idea to let you know what was happening in your bakery.“

“Membership prices are unmatched; the wi-fi is fast; coffee and water are bottomless. The aesthetics of The Hub are relaxing and the space gives a sense of relaxation that is hard to find in corporate America. The Hub Cafe has excellent culinary delights.“

“I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way. “I’ve never had a negative experience here since I moved to the areas 3 years ago. I’m a frequent patron, and even on their busiest days, they’re always so kind and keep things running smoothly. I’ve also NEVER had an order messed up, which is honestly a talent in comparison to any location where I previously lived in Florida. My order would be a “surprise” quite literally 1/3 of the time ? I’ve learned to trust again LOL“
