Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. Lady continues to be rude as hell all while this girl is busting her a** helping her team and customers. Go Britt! Love, a fellow Industry worker who saw you putting in work.“

“Finally stopped in after driving by several times. Absolutely no complaints! My husband was recommended the dark roast of the day, he loves it! I got an iced chai latte and it is fantastic! No chocolate milk on the menu, but he offered to make one and my toddler LOVED it! Will be returning customers!“

“I really enjoy River Bottom Roasters coffee, it's delicious and low acidity, and goes well with things like honey, tumeric, and cinnamon. I had a lovely time at the store itself. Their brand of oatmilk that they used was so rich I couldn't taste anything but the oatmilk. But the ATCB was refreshing and smooth. Warning, if you have a sensory sensitivity, the store IS a roastery and is very loud and echoing. Bring headphones.

“For such a small store they really function well in the mornings. If you do a drive thru mobile order, they are on their A-game and somehow already know you're there. Your name pops on the display board, and you don't have to spend time waiting for them to find your order in their system. More places need this!“

“I tried messaging them private but they never answered because I don't think one bad employee defines your whole bakery. My girlfriend and I visited your bakery last weekend. The manager on duty seemed a little agitated with a prior customer and had an attitde while we were ordering. She checked us out and then put our food in the microwave to warm up as we requested. She went to the back while we waited. We were standing there for about 5 minutes and when she came back to the front, she was holding a dirty plunger in her hand and grabbed our food out of the microwave. We were disgusted and ended up throwing our food away. We did not want to make a big deal and have other customers upset. I thought it was a good idea to let you know what was happening in your bakery.“

“It's an in and out coffee and donut shop. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and avocado toast. They forgot the sugar the avocado toast had hardly any everything sprinkles. However all the staff at the drive thru and inside were very happy and friendly. Even though they were extremely busy the wait was not long!“

“I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way.
