Dunkin' Donuts in Falling Waters

“This location is better than any other nearby Dunkin but that’s sadly not saying too much. High quality food and beverage but very slow and somewhat unpleasant staff. One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.“

“Ehian B, thank you for giving my husband and I exceptional Service, despite you being left alone in the store while your other two fellow employees were sitting outside in the back smoking for over 20 minutes while you helped us with our ice cream order.
Our Sundays were wonderful . I appreciate the extended offers of service despite you having other customers come In after us.
