“This morning at 5am, the drive thru was slower than usual. I suspected it was a staffing issue. It was! There wasonly one lady busting her hump taking the orders, cokings and preparing the orders. She was amazing! Please give her a bonus -she went above and beyond to take care of the customers and single-handlely kept the restaurant open.“

“Finally stopped in after driving by several times. Absolutely no complaints! My husband was recommended the dark roast of the day, he loves it! I got an iced chai latte and it is fantastic! No chocolate milk on the menu, but he offered to make one and my toddler LOVED it! Will be returning customers!“

“For such a small store they really function well in the mornings. If you do a drive thru mobile order, they are on their A-game and somehow already know you're there. Your name pops on the display board, and you don't have to spend time waiting for them to find your order in their system. More places need this!“

“Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity.
