“Stopped in for a quick coffee and didn’t realize how busy it was—but I’m glad I stayed. The team was absolutely slammed, but the guy running the crew was incredible. He was fixing customer orders (even when it was clearly the customer who ordered wrong), working the front, making drinks, and still found the time to encourage his two team members with a solid pep talk. The drive-thru person was having a rough time dealing with rude customers, and he kept her going with calm, verbal support—over the constant hum of machines and chaos.

This was top-tier leadership in action. He kept the line moving, drinks were flying out with quality and speed, and he managed it all with focus and patience.

To the customers getting angry because your over-complicated drink didn’t appear in 30 seconds—get real. These baristas are crafting magic in a cup, not pressing a button on a vending machine. Respect the hustle.“

“The fastest, most efficient McDonald’s we have visited in over 14,000 miles of traveling by car this year! Seriously! We have never seen a front counter crew move as efficiently as this team, especially during the lunch time rush with a line at the drive-through window that they also kept moving quickly. Well done, Inwood, WV McD’s!“

“Idk how but I was already following your page. My hubby and I stopped in today and had a Americano and Cortado. They were hands down some of the best coffee beverages we’ve had in months. We coupled our drinks with a croissant sandwich with egg and bacon & pumpkin muffin bites. The sandwich was huge, flavorful and filling, while the muffins were moist and delicate. Great job everyone involved in this operation. We will go out of our way to visit again.“

“Went there for the first time today; the coffee is delicious!!!! Blueberry muffin was rather large so I took my time eating it. I love how friendly the place is and feels. I’m hoping to learn about volunteer opportunities at some point. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.“

“Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity.
