We waited 45 minutes to be seated, then a full 65 minutes before food arrived, n our server didn't place one order (she later refused to charge for it). “I called an order my pizza , gave them my last name an when I went to pick it up they had my food under the name that my phone number had with it that was in their system, so instead of using the name i gave them it was under a different name an I waited almost 30 minutes when my food had been sitting back there waiting . I just wanna say the lady who answered the phone super sweet very helpful manager on shift had me come to store to investigate, ended up taking care of me even though they couldnt find the order, listen I havent have customer service that good in sons long I cannot remember. “Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.🙄I put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. I left with no food or money, and still starving after a 12 hour shift. This used to be an okay place. I won't be back to this location again.“

“We aren't from Huntington so this was our (myself and my two daughters) first time stopping here. The employee was very nice. Ordering and paying was a breeze. He told us he'd bring it out to my vehicle when it was finished in about 15 minutes - which he did. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. I was sad because the Pizza Hut in our town doesn't offer the same one because I was going to buy another for my husband and son, so we will hopefully be back before it is taken off the menu *if* it's a limited menu item.“

“On 4-5-22 we went through the drive thru and received a brown dried out italian cheese bread and asked for a fresher one. We were given the same cheese bread with butter and more of the herb/ parmesan seasoning on top. Apparently they think it's okay to serve dried out food that's been in the warmer for hours and it's also okay try to cover it up to deceive customers. This is the second old dried one I've received within the last 4 weeks. Didn't complain the first time. Gave them a chance to make it right this time but they obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service.“

“This is my go to place, for a good spaghetti dinner, when I'm in town visiting. Haven't ate here in over a year, but the spaghetti is still the same great tasting dish I look forward to. Unfortunately they have changed the garlic bread I ordered along with. Not impressed with the " garlic roll ". Service was slow and kind of lacking.“
