“I love this subway. The employees make you feel at home. Autumn, Tyler, Glenna, and Sara go above and beyond on making the best sandwich around. They are fast and very polite. If there is any problem they will ALWAYS fix it. Unlike other subways, they DONT make your sandwich so messy that you should just have ate it with a fork instead. They take their time ensuring every customer has a great experience. It’s worth the stop.”

“My wife and I was traveling back from Gatlinburg, TN and had been driving all day. We live in Parkersburg, WV and so we decided to stop and eat about an hour from home. As we entered the establishment we was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The food was outstanding everything was fast and fresh. The staff was great, they treated us like we was family. And last but certainly not least restaurant was very clean. Great job Marmet Ginos. Keep up the good work 👏”

“I stopped at this store while driving back home. It was quite busy, but the staff was doing their best to get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.

There was an issue with my order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I want to give special kudos to the store manager who was on duty on August 5th around 1 p.m. — their professionalism made a big difference.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how the staff handles them that truly shapes the customer experience — and in this case, they handled it exceptionally well.”

“We came across Best of Crete Deli while traveling for Thanksgiving. A search for restaurants in Charleston WV came back with this as an option. We were SO glad we found them! The food was superb and the folks running the place were so nice ... one of us has a lot of dietary restrictions and they were incredibly accommodating.

If you plan to eat in, be aware there are only 3 or 4 tables.”

I was expecting it to be more expensive than it was. I think for me my only issue would be that it’s a slightly cramped space and it’s kind of a little too fast paced for my preference.”

“My husband and I had Karubees for dinner. He had curry chicken and I had jerk chicken. The sides were cabbage, mac and cheese, and rice. Chicken so tender it fell off the bone and so very tasty. As you can see in the picture, I couldn't wait for my husband to shoot the pic before I had a bite. I love that her husband picks up all ingredients instead of having them shipped so they are always fresh. I highly recommend you give it a try if you like Jamaican food.”

“This is my favorite place! Whenever I find myself alone in town, I can go in here, sit at the bar, and enjoy a delicious lunch or brunch (except on Sunday, when they are closed 🙁).
