“As far as Arby’s go, this location had great service, clean dining area, and the food came out fast and good quality. When my wife asked for a spare bun they even asked if she would like it toasted, which for fast food is definitely going the extra mile for customer service. Better than most Arby’s. “I had a good experience, the lady that took our order so joyful , she was in such great spirit and was so nice she is a person that you would want to keep around. She was smiling she greeted everyone with pleasure and it was good to go to fast food place and have good service . “This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. I notice a lot of the other ones pre make everything and it is not fresh at all. This one makes everything fresh and it is so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you.“

Everything was phenomenal way better than the fish places we have here.
I actually mentioned where we were from and the lady who was taking our order no kidding was from the same city that we're in.
I mean what are the chances!
Everyone had such a great attitude The atmosphere was great and there were a lot of people there that night enjoying their food not one complaint that I know of. I did order the fried oysters and I am not a fan not because they were gross by any means that they did but because I just didn't like them yuck!

“We were traveling from New York. Don’t have Long John Silver in our area. We did enjoy the food. The Resturant definitely needs a make over . Booths need paint. Old tables. Railing and steps outside need painting. No curb appeal. Woman’s bathroom door lock was broken and toilet dispenser was taped. Shouldn’t be this way. Needs some class for sure. We do miss and love John silvers. I’m sure they make enough money to do upkeep.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“

“This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! “The guy working the register this afternoon (oct 22) was doing such a great job at handling a lunch rush while still making customers feel welcome! Despite it being quite busy, his service made lunch feel like a breeze. Food was pretty good too, but he just deserves a special shoutout for his work ethic!“

“It seems lately, there's no place that can get a to go order right. At least here, we got the right number of items. You really can't complain too much when you consider the prices, especially compared to everywhere else. But, I'd just like to get what I ordered.“

Friendliness is there but can be hard to find and you sort of have to pull it out of the people if you can get the to talk at all.

Food wise, it's really great tasting but availability isn't always great, to many times I've had 3 pepper slices and an onion slice because that's all there was in the thing.“

“Did not expect much from a gas station subway location. Stopped in and did not get much of a welcome but the staff ended up being g extremely helpful and polite. The bread was freshly baked and veggies were crisp.

Stay away from Cinnabon churro - it was not cooked. Not sure it’s an issue with this location or the product from subway/cinnabon.“

Yeah, I can change my child in the car, but it's uncomfortable for them since our trunk is full and they're out growing laying down on a seat.Also, the highway sign said there was a play place (not McDonald's fault really), but it's updated facility so there is not a play place.“

“What a great, positive experience. The restaurant design is cold modern. No human interaction or anything in the design. Order at the touch screen. But they had put up scarecrows and nice decorations. They ran out of large fry containers, but the woman made sure we knew that we got two mediums in place of one large. She was so kind and generous. Great eye contact. I have never felt so cared about at a McDonald's or even known that I wanted to feel cared about at a McDonald's. The team seemed relatively happy to be there doing their jobs.
