Working in the restaurant business myself I would grade this experience a true 10/10 from a customer view and a management view. “This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. “We were traveling from New York. Don’t have Long John Silver in our area. We did enjoy the food. The Resturant definitely needs a make over . Booths need paint. Old tables. Railing and steps outside need painting. No curb appeal. Woman’s bathroom door lock was broken and toilet dispenser was taped. Shouldn’t be this way. Needs some class for sure. We do miss and love John silvers. I’m sure they make enough money to do upkeep.“

“Food is good, biscuits were excellent, fries average. Drink at other end room stinks. Order then go back past Wendy’s and star bucks to get drinks, the back thru crowd to pick up food. Stopped at travel plaza about 12 on 3rd july. Place was packed. There was a line with 1 cashier an 2 self order kiosks, screens slow as hell. Long wait for 2 tender orders n 12 pc family order. Kept delivering many small orders for people that ordered several minutes after us. Over 70.00. There is parking all around building with multiple entrances. But no outside signs so you can park close to them. Not their fault.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. “This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! “If they ever figure out the portion sizes it'll go a long way, some days it's overloaded but most of the time it's just barely enough... More rice and beans isn't why i eat there. Nothing at all like it used to be.

Friendliness is there but can be hard to find and you sort of have to pull it out of the people if you can get the to talk at all.

Food wise, it's really great tasting but availability isn't always great, to many times I've had 3 pepper slices and an onion slice because that's all there was in the thing.“
