“I visited in September 2023. I researched this place before my trip to Cheyenne and it was a pleasant surprise. The cookies are wonderful (the best I've ever eaten) with lots of filling, lots of variety and great service. Additionally, there is a "combo" where for every 3 cookies you buy, you get 1 free gift. And there is even a map where you place a pin of the place where you live (which had pins from various places around the world, which proves the excellent cookies they make). I recommend a visit to anyone visiting Cheyenne.😍”

“Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Cheyenne. I've been a regular there for years now and still continue to be one. The menu is regularly updated to stay new and fresh. The staff is always great, and the atmosphere has a wonderful modern urban vibe. Very good sophisticated place for a business lunch, happy hour or date night. The dessert menu has never let me down -- again, they seem to regularly update their menu and they certainly have good offerings that rotate in and out of the desert menu in addition to everything else.
The cleanliness of the place is impeccable -- exactly what you'd expect of a really competent restaurant.
My advice: Go there. Make it happen.”

“Went here on 3/14/26 with my family before my daughter's gymnastics meet. We didn't stay at the resort, just went for the resturant. There was nobody in there but one other family. The resturant was clean and welcoming. To be honest I didn't really know or have any kind of expectations what this resturant would be like. Let me tell you, the waitress worried me a little because she didn't write any of our orders down. There was 6 of us and I always have modifications. This woman blew my mind. She said it back to us without missing anything. Put it in the register and came back just to make sure and only forgot my mom's onions.( not a big deal) went back and added it for the kitchen. She was very pleasant and kind. The food was so tasty. We had the chicken club or something like that and added avocado, 2 beef soups, a pesto flatbread and the BLTA . They packed the avocado on the BLTA. The portions were amazing. The food literally was so yummy. If it wasn't almost 2 hours away from me, I'd definitely go back again and again. Thank you for making our first visit a great one.”

My son goes to the University down in Laramie and we go to that location frequently, so it was nice seeing a familiar face as soon as we walked in! I want to rave about the young girl working front counter because she has provided EXCELLENT customer service across cities! Wingshack you have a real gem working for you over there!

The cooks in the kitchen are amazing as well. The food was incredible and its so refreshing to hear laughing and smiles from the kitchen. You can tell these people enjoy their job and truly love giving the customers a positive experience. The smiles on all of your faces seem genuine and honest, and in Cheyenne these days it’s not very often you come across customer service like that. Even in a bit of a small rush I wasn’t given attitude, I was given my food and a wonderful smile along with it!

“Eloy is awesome. My friend won two free drinks from the Cheyenne Cup. We went in her, I, her two kids and my child. We each got drinks and food items. He made our entire order free and wouldn’t allow us to pay him. He was so sweet to the kids and remembered them from visiting the time before. She was attentive, upbeat and enthusiastic, when describing the food she used words that made me excited to try it. The food presentation was nice, but the food itself was even better! I had the Shepard's pie. It was full of flavor and savory. My husband had the outlaw, the breading and lemon with the chicken was perfect and delicious. I can't forget the brussel sprouts, tossed with a sweet glaze topped with almonds, so good! The smash cake at the end was a fun surprise, and a great end to a amazing dinner. Thank you!”

“Writing this review specifically to shout out our server Kassandra. We do not frequent this establishment regularly because it is overly corporate and a chain. In addition, it seems like we always have to negotiate some sort of drama or nonsense at the host/hostess stand. This visit was no different. This time the hostess seated our large party (not just our party either) at a small booth. Nonetheless, sometimes we enjoy the convenience of patronizing this restaurant. Our server, Kassandra, saved the day and arranged to have us sit at a more suitable table. She went out of her way to ensure every small detail was tended to. We were dining with three younger girls and Kassandra went out of her way to make them feel very special and catered to. The food was hot and delicious. We don’t normally stay for dessert, but Kassandra was so warm and attentive that we decided to stay. Very rare for most establishments in this town. Olive Garden is lucky to have her.”

“Being landlocked, I am picky about my sushi. The food is not bad for Cheyenne. I don’t think it’s the best I’ve had compared to sashimi/sushi from Korea, Japan, CA, HI, etc…but I’ll eat here and HiSushi when in town. Customer service is quite under par. Not friendly at all and it’s not that clean in the restaurant. Ramen is so-so and on the salty side while sushi is on the same level. Like I said it’s okay and satisfies the cravings when needed.”

Service was good but to be honest I do not care to be prompted for a tip before I see what the service is like. Strange country the US, people want tips for doing what they choose to do as work. Now they want it before your get service, what happens if you decline? All in all I would eat there again. They put in a lot of rice, like I need that much, Vegie's are good, chicken is good. Price is not out of line for the area and speed. Yes! I had to wait 10 minutes, it is cook fresh not reheated.”

On the road as a trucker for the past 8 years and stop for a lot of smoothies on the road, usually chains like Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie cafe as I don’t see a lot of local smoothie shops and I’m always disappointed at how flavorless and full of ice they always are, but this place…THIS PLACE. I’ve never tasted anything so wonderful before, it’s got to be magic. This is not an exaggeration. These people are masters of their craft, truly, and the fact it’s locally owned makes it that much better! I always prefer supporting the community over corporations and Green House Smoothie shop deserves all the good things in the world as they brought so much flavor and hope back into my life. This is what a smoothie is supposed to be, what a treat! Not to mention the employees were SO sweet and wonderful (so I’ve been told, I was asleep when my partner went in but I trust his judgement, LOL). My only complaint is that I’m rarely in Cheyenne and I’m going to dreaming about it until I come back, but I guarantee I will be visit this place every single time I’m in the area. I just can’t say enough good about this place, and I’m so, SO grateful to be shown that there is still good in the world and that such wonderful flavors DO exist. My lifelong search for the perfect smoothie has come to a beautiful and tasty close and I can die happy now. Eventually she realized kitchen was too slow so she brought us a cinnamon roll “on the house” and we had to ask for silverware- roll was disappointing & soaked in whipping cream. Everyone in our room waited a LONG time for breakfast food that’s not really that difficult to prepare. My husband’s pancakes arrived cold, my omelette was not hot, potatoes were cold. I’m unsure if it’s a kitchen problem or waitress problem but as a visitor I will not return to the restaurant.”

“I love my drinks from here vs Starbucks. I left Starbucks because of the hard woke attitude and lack of customer service. Every time I come to the Human bean I am greeted with a cheerful smile and demeanor and it is consistent no matter what time of day I go. I always enjoy tipping here however I do a monthly tip up front. If the customer service is top notch I don’t mind leaving an extra tip on my visit but I don’t do every single visit. Please keep the same energy”

“The Dell Range QDOBA has consistently been a solid location in Cheyenne. After having a less-than-great experience at another location, QDOBA customer service provided me with two free entrees, which I appreciated.
On this visit, I paid extra for additional meat, and while I still felt the portion could have been a little more generous, the overall experience was very positive. The staff was attentive, organized, and clearly communicated with one another. When I arrived to pick up my order, they knew exactly where it was, whose order it was, and had it ready to go without any confusion or waiting around.
This location seems to be well staffed and well managed. The customer service was noticeably better than what I've experienced elsewhere, and the team appeared to genuinely care about keeping things moving efficiently.
One suggestion: QDOBA is extremely popular in Cheyenne, and I think a drive-thru location would do very well. Many people love the convenience of places like Subway, and having a drive-thru option for burritos, bowls, and other menu items would likely be a huge hit.
Overall, this location continues to be a dependable choice, and the staff deserves recognition for providing a smooth and professional customer experience.”

I ordered the Pollo Yucateco through the drive through at lunch. In the past, AMAZING. Today, old rice, dried out chicken, moldy avocados and zero cheese or tomatoes. I tip appropriately and am respectful to staff as they put up with so much in their day. Just disappointed and hope this is a one off.”
