“I visited in September 2023. I researched this place before my trip to Cheyenne and it was a pleasant surprise. The cookies are wonderful (the best I've ever eaten) with lots of filling, lots of variety and great service. Additionally, there is a "combo" where for every 3 cookies you buy, you get 1 free gift. And there is even a map where you place a pin of the place where you live (which had pins from various places around the world, which proves the excellent cookies they make). I recommend a visit to anyone visiting Cheyenne.😍”

“Went here on 3/14/26 with my family before my daughter's gymnastics meet. We didn't stay at the resort, just went for the resturant. There was nobody in there but one other family. The resturant was clean and welcoming. To be honest I didn't really know or have any kind of expectations what this resturant would be like. Let me tell you, the waitress worried me a little because she didn't write any of our orders down. There was 6 of us and I always have modifications. This woman blew my mind. She said it back to us without missing anything. Put it in the register and came back just to make sure and only forgot my mom's onions.( not a big deal) went back and added it for the kitchen. She was very pleasant and kind. The food was so tasty. We had the chicken club or something like that and added avocado, 2 beef soups, a pesto flatbread and the BLTA . They packed the avocado on the BLTA. The portions were amazing. The food literally was so yummy. If it wasn't almost 2 hours away from me, I'd definitely go back again and again. Thank you for making our first visit a great one.”

I had the Shepard's pie. It was full of flavor and savory. My husband had the outlaw, the breading and lemon with the chicken was perfect and delicious. “I stopped at The Albany while passing through Cheyenne on a road trip from Ontario, Canada, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my return journey.

The atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for from a historic restaurant. The old wood booths, tables, and photos on the walls give the place a lot of character. You can tell the building has a long history, but it has also been very well maintained.

The food was excellent. I started with the homemade cream of mushroom soup and the artichoke dip, followed by the prime rib with mashed potatoes, and finished with the Jack Daniel's bread pudding. Everything was delicious, and it's easy to see why the prime rib is one of their specialties.

What really completed the experience was the service. My server checked on me regularly throughout the meal, and I was never left waiting for anything. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made for a very relaxed dining experience.

If I ever find myself back in Cheyenne, The Albany will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.”

“Writing this review specifically to shout out our server Kassandra. We do not frequent this establishment regularly because it is overly corporate and a chain. In addition, it seems like we always have to negotiate some sort of drama or nonsense at the host/hostess stand. This visit was no different. This time the hostess seated our large party (not just our party either) at a small booth. Nonetheless, sometimes we enjoy the convenience of patronizing this restaurant. Our server, Kassandra, saved the day and arranged to have us sit at a more suitable table. She went out of her way to ensure every small detail was tended to. We were dining with three younger girls and Kassandra went out of her way to make them feel very special and catered to. The food was hot and delicious. We don’t normally stay for dessert, but Kassandra was so warm and attentive that we decided to stay. Very rare for most establishments in this town. Olive Garden is lucky to have her.”

On the road as a trucker for the past 8 years and stop for a lot of smoothies on the road, usually chains like Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie cafe as I don’t see a lot of local smoothie shops and I’m always disappointed at how flavorless and full of ice they always are, but this place…THIS PLACE. I’ve never tasted anything so wonderful before, it’s got to be magic. This is not an exaggeration. These people are masters of their craft, truly, and the fact it’s locally owned makes it that much better! I always prefer supporting the community over corporations and Green House Smoothie shop deserves all the good things in the world as they brought so much flavor and hope back into my life. This is what a smoothie is supposed to be, what a treat! Not to mention the employees were SO sweet and wonderful (so I’ve been told, I was asleep when my partner went in but I trust his judgement, LOL). My only complaint is that I’m rarely in Cheyenne and I’m going to dreaming about it until I come back, but I guarantee I will be visit this place every single time I’m in the area. I just can’t say enough good about this place, and I’m so, SO grateful to be shown that there is still good in the world and that such wonderful flavors DO exist. “Slowest service I’ve ever experience for breakfast. Waitress was not attentive she promised water but forgot for about 10 minutes, I asked twice for coffee - same experience. Eventually she realized kitchen was too slow so she brought us a cinnamon roll “on the house” and we had to ask for silverware- roll was disappointing & soaked in whipping cream. Everyone in our room waited a LONG time for breakfast food that’s not really that difficult to prepare. My husband’s pancakes arrived cold, my omelette was not hot, potatoes were cold. I’m unsure if it’s a kitchen problem or waitress problem but as a visitor I will not return to the restaurant.”

Every time I come to the Human bean I am greeted with a cheerful smile and demeanor and it is consistent no matter what time of day I go. I always enjoy tipping here however I do a monthly tip up front. If the customer service is top notch I don’t mind leaving an extra tip on my visit but I don’t do every single visit. “This is actually a Pilot Travel Center with a Cinnabon kiosk or something similar inside. Don’t let the size fool you they had some of the best cinnamon buns I’ve ever had my life.They had just come out of the oven so hot they couldn’t put the icing on it, they had to give it to us on the side. They did us a huge favor by letting us have them, because they weren’t supposed to sell them like that. God bless them!!! If I could give them an 11 I would. “I don’t usually write reviews, but the contrast between QDOBA Mexican Eats and Chipotle Mexican Grill was so big it needed to be said.

Chipotle has completely fallen off. The food was sloppy, portions were weak, the place wasn’t clean, and the service felt rushed and annoyed—like customers were an inconvenience. For what they charge now, it was honestly pretty shit.

QDOBA, on the other hand, absolutely set the standard for this type of restaurant. The service was friendly and dialed in, the food was fresh and actually looked like it was made with care, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Portions were solid, flavors were on point, and the whole experience felt intentional instead of lazy.

If this is the future of fast-casual Mexican food, QDOBA is leading and Chipotle is coasting on a name they no longer live up to. Night and day difference.

“This is the absolute best Asian-American cuisine in the area. Bar None. Spring rolls are fresh/warm, perfectly cooked. All other dish’s are beautifully plated and prepared, as well as tasty. Tables and facilities are consistently clean. This restaurant offers a culturally authentic menu and service provider charm many other venues miss. My wife and I highly recommend - 5 of 5 ⭐️.”
