Out of all the places we normally go after 20 years visiting Jackson they are the the most accommodating and attentive as well as entertaining! Kendra is hysterical! We love the energy!”

“This destination dinner was the highlight of our short vacation from Ohio…not only were the food and scenery and ambiance Top Notch , but what even made it more special and unique was getting the chance to talk with the very humble and talented sushi chefs , Will and Hunter , along with waitress, Hailey . It’s the kind of meal/atmosphere/experience that makes you grateful for the experience but also sad that it is over. You all will never be forgotten… keep chasing your dreams and being amazing !!!

“Really fine food to be had here. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. We had the crispy artichokes as a starter. So good! Also shared a bavette steak which was cooked as ordered. Service was prompt but not overbearing. Highly recommended!”

“Let me get started by saying this was probably the best restaurant i’ve eaten at while visiting jackson! I have celiacs so i needed all my food gluten free and the chef and servers were so thorough checking everything for me, which is so nice when it doesn’t feel like i’m bothering the staff, they were all so happy to help! Now for the food, i got the onion grilled cheese and i added steak, and i got a side of the tomato soup all gluten free! It was the most fantastic sandwich. The steak was cooked to perfection and just the flavors were all there without it being greasy. whether you are visiting or a local i would definitely check this place out, 10/10 recommend!”

“We’ve been coming to Calico for years and have experienced many new menu items over the years. Last night we tried their brand new duck salad. My wife and I split it along with a bowl of their white bean soup and garlic bread. I wish I took a picture of the duck salad, sorry I didn’t as I was hungry and it looked so delicious. And I have to say it was beyond expectations. I hope it remains on their menu because I keep thinking about it and must return while I’m up here to try it again! Amazing!”

“Cute little bakery. Food and drinks were excellent. Quick and easy service. Small location with lots of people but turns pretty quickly. We hope an egg sandwich and omelet. Both great.”

“Great food. But service was bad from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess simply pointed, and said “ your table is over there” and didn’t even give us menus for all the people in our party. I’d expect better from a place where dinner is $100/person.”

“Service was phenomenal, the steak was perfect. I don't think adding smoke to the chocolate ganash helped very much, as the sweetness of the caramel didn't compliment the overpowering bitterness of the smoke. The food was a four, while the service was a solid 5/5 perfect.

Quite the romantic setting, a group date would be best here, but be ready to spend a little more than you normally would.”

“Overall it has been a positive experience. Check-in: I arrived after check in time. Staff is always friendly. Leo checked me in on my first visit. Second visit I saw him and he recalled our conversation from the time before. They are dog friendly which is a plus in my book. Room: first experience was fantastic, the room had a wet bar, real plates, silverware, fridge and microwave. On my second stay there was not the above accommodations. However, I called and a fridge and microwave were brought to my room. All rooms seem to have some type of balcony which is nice. I will ask for the first room when I visit again. House Keeping: is every three days you can ask for additional housekeeping if needed. We had them come our second night and remove our trash. Easy call to the front desk. Restaurant: Food is excellent. Try the stracciatella it is out of this world and the beef short ribs melt in your mouth. We enjoyed cocktails during our dining as well. Josiah was wonderful and ensured we were accommodated because we had our pup and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome, Debbie provided excellent service and Mike the manager stopped by to chat for a while. We visited the restaurant twice on our visit. The second visit we called down prior to coming and when we arrived, our table was set for us and dog water in all.”

“We are in Jackson Hole for Christmas. Skiing and Casper Restaurant are fix points for our Christmas Ski vacation. It is a busy place and around lunch time difficult to find a table. Pricy for families with kids! The cashier machines are fairly easy to handle. However, for me a scandal machines ask for tip!!! I wait in line, I scan, and I pay. This should be adjusted.”

“We had Christmas dinner at Piste Mountain Bistro. The whole experience was incredible, from the gondola ride up, the attentive staff and the incredible food. We loved the Elk Tartar and the Bison Short Ribs. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas dinner!”

“We got the only table without a reservation. We sat in the overflow part of the restaurant. Both sides are modern and the atmosphere is excellent. There is plenty of parking for dinner as the ski parking are free in the winter. Ozzie was our server and did a great job. The others kept our waters full without asking. The calamari was great and a large portion good for three of us. I shared a house Salas with the yute and the kitchen split it into two plates without us asking. The pizza Margherita was excellent. Fresh, tasty, and we added some pepper flakes. The lasagna was delicious and clean. It can be difficult to get a decent lasagne. The lady really enjoyed the rib stuffed pasta roles. Oh, great bread too. $140 with tip. Overall great place to eat.”

“We were really pleased with this place. The food was fantastic. We had the fried wontons, garlic green beans, and spicy 🌶 fried rice with protein. It did not disappoint! Service was good, atmosphere cozy. There is outdoor seating also. We would go again!”
