“I have always avoided this place in the past because it seems like without fail every time I eat there I would get sick, or their customer service was something to be desired.Today, I went there because I needed a quick lunch because the commissary was closed and was honestly quite surprised at the service. Since I ordered the veggie I was asked if they preferred to sanitize the line and change gloves for cross contamination. I know this is done for those with food allergies, and I'm not allergic to anything, but as someone who doesn't eat meat or dairy, this was simply preference. They were even prepared to talk to me about any food allergies. I've never seen any restaurant offer this before! Even restaurants with plant-based meats, the thought if they cooked it on the same grill as the rest of the meat was always one of those things in the back of your mind. They even asked if I was good with how well they sanitized. No sighs of dissatisfaction, no eye rolling or negative attitude, or comments Just great service. I even left saying "wow, that was cool!" To myself as I went back to work. I wish alot more places did this. Thank you, you have turned my opinion of y'all around.“

“Been a customer of the Cheyenne DellRange store for many years. I love their fish and ordered a three pc dinner with fries and Cole slaw in the drive through a few minutes ago. Got home….great fish but no-zero fries. Checked my receipt and they’re on it. Shocked because this never happens at Culver’s! Don’t make a habit of it.“

We door dashed our food due to traveling all day, but this place blew us away! The food is absolutely incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend trying this place!!“

“since I moved to cheyenne, I’ve ordered five guys on doordash so many times and I always get the same thing, it’s always bacon cheeseburger, but since it comes with 2 patties, I’d usually call them and ask to substitute the one patty with extra bacon, not because I despise the patty, but because I really like the bacon. Sometimes when I placed an order at the store, I’d usually ask for more bacon and I wanted to pay for it, because bacon isn’t cheap.

and mind you, i’m typing this review while eating the burger that has just arrived. so when I had already placed an order, I gave them a call, and as usual, I mentioned my name “hi this is monika…” not even got the chance to finish my sentence, the lovely girl said “one patty and extra bacon for you”, HAHAHA OMG THE BEST FEELING EVER, and she also knew that I loved the grilled mushrooms, so she gave me extra mushrooms 🥹❤️, please please tell her my gratitude, she’s so sweet. and please let me pay at the store for extra bacon next time 🫶🏻“

“Thai is is by far the best place to grab some food inside of Frontier Mall. Pros and cons below.

Pros: Decent sized menu with American and Greek options. Well priced, I believe it was $19 with tax for 2 people that got 2 full meals. Quickly made with high quality ingredients. Plenty of seating not only inside but outside the restaurant. Very nice gentleman that work the the cashier and cook. Plenty of condiments available and they have my personal favorite, bottled water. AMAZING fries! My gyro was good and my wife LOVED her burger meal.

Cons: Very busy, which isn’t really on their part. Their way of numbering food works, but I swear I saw a woman just walk in and grab an order and leave, so fight for your number! My chicken in my gyro was a little unseasoned so I recommend getting the feta cheese for sure. Card is taxed, so use cash!

Parking: Just park in the frontier mall parking lots. There are so many spots, but DO NOT leave your windows down. People will bend your license plate to mark your car, which means they’re going to come back and break in.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all flat inside of the mall, so this shouldn’t be an issue.“

“Good food. Prompt service, but the cleanliness was lacking. There was a layer of scum on every table top. Although the tables had been wiped, you could still see the wipe marks on every table leaving the impression that the table was wet, however it’s just the way that the scum dried on the table. Disgusting.“

“Every time I come to Cheyenne I make sure I go to Taco Johns. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar with the original recipes. The company has stated they brought back the original recipe in the packages, but it is not the same. Again, I hope they bring back the salsas and the salsa bar.“

“Usually don't have high expectations when I visit a fast food spot, but this location was great. I was even visiting during the lunch rush and the food was fast, hot , good, but what stood out most was the staff. Very precise, thorough, and the manager on duty was very attentive and helpful to them and the customers. Visited 9/2 around noon.“

“I had an issue with my online order today and the manager on duty, Johnny, at 630pm, went far and beyond to make everything right. Really awesome person and excellent customer service. The food is always fresh at this location, establishment is always clean, and the employees all do a fantastic job. I eat at QDoba at least once a week and will only eat at this location in Cheyenne, WY going forward. Qdoba is extremely lucky to have someone like Johnny working for them and I hope they do everything they can to keep him. It’s really hard to find people like him who care about their job and care about customers these days. So, if you’re the owner of this location, please be proud of your employees, especially Johnny, and give Johnny the praise he deserves. A+++++ 5-star service.“

“We stopped for a quick lunch on a quick turnaround trip from Colorado. Never heard of Taco John's, so we thought we'd try it. Pretty cool that it actually started in Cheyenne. Service was great, the gentleman was super helpful with us figuring out what to order. Store looked and felt very clean. Food was good. Potato Ole's were nice and crispy. Tacos were solid. If we were ever in the area again we would definitely stop by if we need a quick meal.“

I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. “The crew was absolutely amazing tonight on 3/18/26. My order was a Dave's double meal with no salt fries, extra pickles, and 2 Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps. I waited for my meal, then was given it. The bag didn't even make it out of the door. When I went to fill my cup, the bag ripped and everything fell on the floor. The lady behind the counter had the kitchen remake the whole order. I would have been fine with just the fries since that was the only thing touching the floor, but everything was remade. Much appreciated!👏👏🙏

“Ricardo was the manager on shift on Sunday, October 4th, 2026. He was very professional and respectful. My order was five Meat and Potatoes breakfast burritos. Ricardo asked if bacon or steak would be okay and proceeded to tell me about how the sausage was recalled and they wouldn't get any more until Tuesday or Wednesday, so I told him steak because bacon has too much salt for me to handle. The steak brought the total to $30, so Ricardo gave a $7.99 discount because they didn't have sausage, which brought it back down to $23, which is what I normally pay for five sausage burritos. 👏👏A big recognition is well deserved for this man.“

“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to this specific jimmy johns place! We were stuck in a snow storm last week at a motel 6 the car had broken down, and we were just going through a lot! I’ve placed a order through DoorDash for breakfast which after 4 hours they failed to deliver my order… So jimmy johns to the rescue! They were quick and definitely serve to their slogan! The guys there are SUPER CHILL and just simply awesome! Anyways the motels water main broke because it was just so cold from the storm, which also caused the heat to stop working while we were there. So… no water either!!! I placed my order with this jimmy johns and had forgotten to order water. The guy said that the delivery guy had already left to deliver our food and that it was fine if he drove back and got us water and I could just pay afterwards. I felt bad to have the guy go back and forth so I didn’t do it lol. Needless to say… the poor guy still did it!!!!! He delivered our food quickly and I didn’t even tell him about the water issue so I’m assuming the guy back at the place told him and then had him drive back to the motel with water. This place went far and beyond in serving their customers and we are so satisfied with their service we wish we can do lots more in return! If you ever stop my #Cheyenne, #Wyoming please stop by their place and get you some good sandwiches! They’re definitely #freakyfast and #freakyfresh !!!! “Amazing location. Was here 3/26/28. As a Vegetarian, I got a cheese quesiddia even though I don't like cheese. With a Baja blast of course.

Im not a big Mexican food guy though. But Taco bell is always an amazing spot. The employees here always kind and efficient. And they are almost never short staffed when im there. So I cant complain.

“The pot pie is my favorite. Super hot!! The building had been remodeled recently; everything is nice and clean inside including the bathrooms. The drive thru is MUCH faster than Chikfila.“
