“Excellent new restaurant in Jackson Hole! Love the Teddy Roosevelt theme, and loved the food even more! Hubby had The Kermit with Cowboy Caviar as the side, and I had the Panama Canal Pasta Primavera - we devoured our meal! The owner (?) came and chatted with us for awhile, as did our waiter, who was amazing, by the way. I think we found our new favorite - just wish we could visit more than once a year.“

We enjoyed the fabulous museum and then had lunch here.
We got a table outside to enjoy the view of the mountains and the Elk Refuge..
Food was great, starting with the cheese plate and pot sticks.
For mains we had the skirt, the fish and chips, Bison gyro and onion soup...every single one was cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of spice and presentation.... great Bloody Mary, local beer and cocktails.
If you are in the area or visiting the museum you have to check this place and you will not be disappointed.

“I said it on my way out the door & I’ll repeat myself until everyone agrees that Trio is such a gem in Jackson. My food was 100%, I had the soup, halibut (perfectly seared & pairs with local mushies and a beautiful tangy and bold sauce), risotto, & smores dessert. I don’t even know why I bother going anywhere else bc Trios consistent nack at nailing the flavors brings comfort and equal parts delighted to your palette. “Hands down the best show in Jackson! We go to every show of the season- that the JH Playhouse puts on. They are so talented and combine incredible artistry and singing with pee your pants laughter. If you are here for the holidays- just witnessing the incredible decorations is enough to want to visit. Truly- these shows are worth every cent!“

Lastly, order the 32 oz bison tomahawk if it’s available as an off menu item! If you are brave, chew off the bone as there are a few tasty bits you just can’t miss. 10/10 would recommend whether it’s a romantic dinner, a family outing, or a business meal.“

“The food was delicious! I don’t understand why the horrible reviews. My husband and I has just checked into the Snake River Lodge & Spa and was hungry. First of all the service by the Bartender Benji was excellent! He was so delightful to talk to. He offered suggestions for places to eat as we were not certain what we wanted. He also changed the TV channel so we could watch the F1 race. Second, they had my husband’s beer Miller High Life. Third, I had the prime rib French dip and my husband had the Turkey sandwich without avocado. Both were excellent! My husband loved the smoked turkey. He kept saying it was the bomb!!! The quantity was substantial and the quality of the food was delicious. We are so happy we tried this place. Please note that this is now the typical restaurant. There are a number of tables within Snake River Lodge. We ate at the bar and we were very happy with everything.“

“I recently dined at Piste and was pleasantly surprised by the experience considering some of the other reviews. One of the most unique aspects of this restaurant is that you get to take a gondola ride up the mountain (lift up included with reservation), which offers incredible views and adds to the overall vibe of the evening. You can take stunning photos before or after dinner, making it a memorable experience that sets it apart from other dining spots.

The atmosphere inside is cozy and inviting. We started with the honey butter rolls, which were so good that we devoured them almost instantly. For the main course, I had the elk Bolognese, which was great—I appreciated that they were generous with the elk, making the dish truly satisfying. Overall, it was a great dining experience that I would highly recommend — very unique to Jackson Hole.“

“My husband and I spent 4 nights at the White Buffalo while in Jackson. The suite was amazing and comfortable! My husband used the kitchen to cook omelets every morning and I loved the drawer dishwasher! The staff cleaned and restocked our towels daily! All of the staff were friendly and took care of any needs we had. Room service was fast and delicious! We also ate at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! If I am in the area again I will not hesitate to book here again!“
