“We almost tried the other very hyped japanese restaurant in Banff, glad it was fully booked so we found this cool place instead. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, staff seems to be japanese (as they were speaking japanese to each other) so you can expect that the food they serve is based on original recipes. We had Donburi and some Sushi and everything was delicious. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, unfortunately we couldn’t try all.

“We had a simply beautiful visit at La Terrazza another night. If you are looking for a romantic spot for two to celebrate a special event, this is a great consideration. The greenery in the restaurant is rich, the lighting is soft, and the music is tasteful and non-intrusive.

We had a very attentive server with a warm and kind heart by the name of Aleska (I hope I am spelling her name right), she is from the Czech Republic.

The food was very good, classic Italian. Expect medium sized portions and home-made pasta. We were able to share three different dishes (one being a salad) and enjoyed two complimentary buns with maple pumpkin butter and olives. I’m glad to notice that nothing was over salted, which is important to me.“

“We were craving deep dish pizza (chicago style) and asked around. A friendly server at another pizza restaurant suggested visiting this place as they had deep dish..kudos to him (i wish i knew his name to thank him)

This place is a GEM for deep dish!! I personally felt they were better than the Chicago deep dish to be honest - the crust is made in-house (as per the server), the pizza was sooooioo delicious

We were 2 people, ordered a large - plain cheese with black olives and finished the whole thing!!

“Amazing!! I don't understand why this restaurant doesn't get more traffic. Perhaps because it's affiliated with the Banff Resort golf course and is out of the way? Either way, it has the best views in all of Banff, it's got almost 360 degree windows all around, sitting right in the middle of a gorgeous golf course with plenty of wildlife grazing around. I had pulled pork entree, which easily was the best pulled pork I've ever had. It literally exploded in your mouth:) David the server was extremely helpful and friendly, he made great suggestions for the sides, and was a great conversationalist. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!“

“Derrek was our server and I need to mention him first because he made our first visit an amazing one. A server has a huge impact on the overall experience and Derrek was warm, welcoming, attentive, informative (knew the menu well) and had a great sense of humour. We wished there was toast, but there were other pastries and French toast. Unfortunately, the service was not great. The servers paid little attention and it took a long time to get coffee.“

The vibe in the restaurant is nice, and the table service is good as well. The Crawfish Shrimp Étouffée is a little bit spicy (Spicy level 3.5/5), but it still tastes delicious! And the drink is nice too, at first I thought it would be sour, but then it turned out not too sour nor too sweet. The texture of corn bread is soft, not too dry.
If you want to come here as a large group of people (5 person or above), I would recommend you book a table first.“
