“Derrek was our server and I need to mention him first because he made our first visit an amazing one. A server has a huge impact on the overall experience and Derrek was warm, welcoming, attentive, informative (knew the menu well) and had a great sense of humour. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our little table by the window. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back again. 👏“

“I have to say we absolutely loved this place. This review was long overdue, but here it is. We visited to days in a row. The food was very fresh, and the drinks, everything tasted so good. We ordered the salmon donburi and different rolls. We ordered with lots of specifications and the server moona (not sure if I’m spelling correctly) made sure every order was right. She was such a light, the service was so amazing. We even chatted with her for a while.“

“Stanley's Clubhouse at the Banff Springs Golf Course is an absolute hidden gem. We went on a Tuesday evening around 6:15 in August and were shocked to be the only ones dining there, especially given how amazing everything was. The food was delicious, the ambiance relaxing, the service outstanding, and the prices very reasonable. We also had a beautiful view of the 18th hole, which made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic spot to enjoy a meal away from the crowds, this place is well worth it! 🌟“

“Great breakfast buffet and some of the best restaurant views in Banff. The buffet had lots of selection and even gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. We wished there was toast, but there were other pastries and French toast. Unfortunately, the service was not great. The servers paid little attention and it took a long time to get coffee.“

“Our dinners at La Terrazza were excellent! We happen to be in town on a Wednesday, so we went for pasta night, which costs $39 each. I expected mediocrity, but my wife insisted we go. As it turned out we were both thoroughly impressed at the quality of the food and the presentation. In fact, it was so good that we went to have dinner on Thursday night. On Thursday we decided we would go for meat and had lamb shank and beef short ribs. Both were excellent as was the service. We would recommend when you're in Banff you should try La Terrazza.“

“Excellent. French bistro style. The food was excellent. I had the tomatoes tart and steak and Fritz with peppercorn sauce. Excellent. Prepared well. Husband had the French onion soup and the mussels and Fritz. Very pleased. Our server was excellent which made the experience superb.“

“I ordered a lavender honey latte and was patiently waiting at one of the window seats. I noticed one of the baristas make a hot drink and set it at the drink stand. She took the drink ticket and placed it on the metal stick where the finished drink tickets go. She then continued to talk to her coworker. No name was called out and I waited a few minutes until I had to go up myself and look at the drink ticket pile to see if it was my drink. I found this odd because prior drinks the barista would call out the persons name.. other than that the lavender honey latte was good“

“So being an owner of a Fry/poutine truck in Ontario. I had to try Banff Poutine ! Met the owner Eric. We had a wonderful chat and the classic poutine large was lots for my wife and I. And of course a steamy hot dog 🌭 was a must. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a taste of a true Canadian dish !“

They e had to amend my order a few times when they realized they couldn't accommodate gf but that's fine. I'm used to waiting. It's decorated really neat here.“

“We booked a dinner reservation on a Sunday night. We were welcomed by the host right away and seated immediately, highly recommended to book a reservation. Our server was average, the place was so busy that everything felt rushed, she explained the specials and you can tell she was half in and out, not sure if she was set up for success either. Menu was kind of overwhelming, so I do suggest looking up the menu ahead of time. We ordered an Exotic and Alberta fondue selection cooked on hot rocks, and the food was good. I find overall it was just an above average experience given the menu they offer. Would I come back? Probably, if i dont have to, I won't unless im celebrating a special occasion. Our bill was 👀. They definitely can improve on the service.“
