“The service here is impressively fast, even during busy hours. The staff are very friendly and always greet customers with a smile, even when they’re tired. I was pleasantly surprised that my food was ready in just five minutes! I ordered a cilantro bowl, a supreme stack, and a wrap annd all were freshly prepared and delicious. My coffee was also served with a warm smile. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service . You’re the reason I keep coming back to this Tim Hortons location!“

“A smaller Tim’s location but the people working there work quickly to get orders out! If there are any inconsistencies with the order, they’re quick to rectify it. Special shout out to April who always has a smile and great attitude! Highly recommend!“

“Drive through is alright usually good service but need to be a bit quicker in person and in drive through area as well my wrap was toasted a bit last time other wise never had a issue here this location there was a young gentle men one day helped my mom he’s excellent quick and very efficient knows what he’s doing.

Parking: Sunridge location has plenty of parking and can park across at mall to come to Tim Hortons no need to worry about it“

“Newer building, the drive thru was one of the nicer layouts for a drive thru I have seen in a while! I am happy to report that the speakers are clear and not garbled, that the coffee was fine, and that I greatly enjoyed my plain doughnut. I did feel that the ice cap I ordered was a little more liquid than I prefer but machines are probably to blame. Service was excellent and I would return to this location happily.“

“Tim Hortons is pretty much the go-to spot when you just want a quick coffee or a breakfast sandwich without thinking too hard. The coffee is consistent, the food is simple, and the prices are still decent compared to most other places. Their breakfast wraps and hash browns are solid, and the baked goods are usually fresh if you go in the morning.

Service really depends on the location. Some Tim’s are fast and friendly, others feel a bit understaffed and your order might take longer or come out slightly off. Drive-thru can be hit or miss during rush hour, but that’s expected.

The newer cold drinks and sandwiches are nice additions, but honestly most people go for the classics — double-double, Timbits, or a farmer’s wrap. It does the job.

Overall, Tim Hortons is reliable, affordable, and convenient. Nothing fancy, but you know exactly what you’re getting every time.“

“A bit slow service as there were only 1 girl working the other one was on her break but she did come sometimes to take orders but it was alright regular wait time that you expect they were all friendly. The interior could use some renovation it's a bit older style and the seats are not cushioned. The chicken wrap was very filling and best eaten while warm there. The donuts section had some big flies around it which is why one star taken off. Overall it's an alright experience.“

“One of the best Tim Hortons I've been in quite a while. I came in July 16th to redeem my points and was greeted cheerfully by the cashier. I unfortunately didn't catch his name as I was trying to redeem my points in the app. There was a line up which was cleared immediately and the crew works really hard and fast which is not so ideal nowadays in fast food chains here in Calgary. The person who helped me was Leah and despite it's busy and it's camp day, she still manages to smile and get my order fast. I would definitely come back to this location.“

“This is a chain so take this review knowing to expect that it should be the same at all Tim locations. I’ve been here many times and usually get a medium dark roast with 3 oat milk, 2 Splenda. I also frequent the downtown locations. The farmers bacon breakfast wrap is my fave item. I rarely get donuts or sweets but have had the cookies and timbits. Standard sugar coated dough balls. Nothing unique here. I do enjoy the summer seasonal drinks. Service is good but the business model is based on high turnover. I have found that many locations aren’t as efficient as they could be and often gave huge lineups at certain times of day. An overall reliable place for a wrap or bagel or snack. You can find a Tim’s almost anywhere in Canada when travelling so the reliability and comfort of knowing what to expect is a bonus for many.“

“I get a coffee everyday before work at the SHC Hospital and the ladies on my shift 3:00-11:00 pm are the sweetest and most amazing, helpful women. They know what I want when they see me in line and it’s ready before I get to the till. If I work an overnight shift the kitchen staff are lovely also.“

“I had one of the best experiences at this Tim Hortons.
I had an issue with a tumbler cup I had purchased, there were two ladies there who were able to assist me with the issue & with no problems. Then after when ordering our doughnuts & drinks one of them being a hot chocolate for my 4 year old, one of the ladies asked if I wanted milk in the hot chocolate to cook it down (something which I have always had to ask for) she noticed that I had a young child & took the initiative to ask as she knew the got chocolate was going to be too hot. I couldn't belive that she asked this, it was amazing for her to have asked this & I didn't have to! Between those two ladies they made my day!“

“The Food and Coffee is always in point. Staff is friendly. The 3 stars service i had to give is regarding the speaker system in the drive thru. I strongly believe there must be some sort of a wall build in between crowchild and the orders speaker. As it's very hard to place orders when traffic goes by on crowchild.
