“I highly recommend the Tim Hortons location on 32nd Street. The crews were really lovely, especially the supervisor named Cynthia. Cynthia was very accommodating, and she has good interactions with customers. Also, the coffee shop and its washrooms were so clean. Additionally, there was always a friendly security guard and excellent customer service.“

“Tim Hortons is actually elite. I go in for “just a coffee” and somehow leave with a coffee, a donut, a wrap, and zero regrets. The iced capp? Life-changing. The Timbits? Dangerous. I tell myself I’ll only have one… yeah right.

The staff are always fast and friendly, even when the line looks like it wraps around the building. They move like it’s the playoffs and they’re down by one. Coffee is always on point, food hits every time, and it just feels like home but with better snacks.

“Newer building, the drive thru was one of the nicer layouts for a drive thru I have seen in a while! I am happy to report that the speakers are clear and not garbled, that the coffee was fine, and that I greatly enjoyed my plain doughnut. I did feel that the ice cap I ordered was a little more liquid than I prefer but machines are probably to blame. Service was excellent and I would return to this location happily.“

“The service here is impressively fast, even during busy hours. The staff are very friendly and always greet customers with a smile, even when they’re tired. I was pleasantly surprised that my food was ready in just five minutes! I ordered a cilantro bowl, a supreme stack, and a wrap annd all were freshly prepared and delicious. “One of the best Tim Hortons I've been in quite a while. I came in July 16th to redeem my points and was greeted cheerfully by the cashier. I unfortunately didn't catch his name as I was trying to redeem my points in the app. There was a line up which was cleared immediately and the crew works really hard and fast which is not so ideal nowadays in fast food chains here in Calgary. The person who helped me was Leah and despite it's busy and it's camp day, she still manages to smile and get my order fast. I would definitely come back to this location.“

He went above and beyond to ensure that everything i needed was correct and properly assembled. The service staff that work in the Tim’s drive Thru do not get enough credit for how challenging their job can be.
Fast paced, lots of information coming in from all directions, impatient morning customers and the early early mornings.

“This is a chain so take this review knowing to expect that it should be the same at all Tim locations. I’ve been here many times and usually get a medium dark roast with 3 oat milk, 2 Splenda. I also frequent the downtown locations. The farmers bacon breakfast wrap is my fave item. I rarely get donuts or sweets but have had the cookies and timbits. Standard sugar coated dough balls. Nothing unique here. I do enjoy the summer seasonal drinks. Service is good but the business model is based on high turnover. I have found that many locations aren’t as efficient as they could be and often gave huge lineups at certain times of day. An overall reliable place for a wrap or bagel or snack. You can find a Tim’s almost anywhere in Canada when travelling so the reliability and comfort of knowing what to expect is a bonus for many.“

“I get a coffee everyday before work at the SHC Hospital and the ladies on my shift 3:00-11:00 pm are the sweetest and most amazing, helpful women. They know what I want when they see me in line and it’s ready before I get to the till. If I work an overnight shift the kitchen staff are lovely also.“

“I had one of the best experiences at this Tim Hortons.
I had an issue with a tumbler cup I had purchased, there were two ladies there who were able to assist me with the issue & with no problems. Then after when ordering our doughnuts & drinks one of them being a hot chocolate for my 4 year old, one of the ladies asked if I wanted milk in the hot chocolate to cook it down (something which I have always had to ask for) she noticed that I had a young child & took the initiative to ask as she knew the got chocolate was going to be too hot. I couldn't belive that she asked this, it was amazing for her to have asked this & I didn't have to! Between those two ladies they made my day!“

“We love going to Tim Hortons to get our favourite muffins, donuts, cookies, croissants, bagels, Timbits and other fresh-baked goods. There are many options served daily and they pair so well with coffee or tea. You can also get delicious breakfast sandwiches (BLT, turkey, bacon), lunch wraps, soups, chicken tenders, burgers and many more convenient meals throughout the day.“

“Sad that Timmies doesnt have half of the donut choices they used to. But what they do have is tasty. Coffee is good. Service is touch and go, sometimes great, sometimes not.

One thing: they dont cut sandwiches in half anymore, which is frustrating to hold a long sandwich together while eating.

Restaurant is nice, pretty clean, but why locks on the bathroom doors in such a safe neighbourhood? Makes no sense.

Finally, getting into this parking lot and drive thru is a mess, especially when it's busy.“
