“Drive through is alright usually good service but need to be a bit quicker in person and in drive through area as well my wrap was toasted a bit last time other wise never had a issue here this location there was a young gentle men one day helped my mom he’s excellent quick and very efficient knows what he’s doing.

Parking: Sunridge location has plenty of parking and can park across at mall to come to Tim Hortons no need to worry about it“

“I can here to a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. It took the staff 15 minutes to make. After we got it, it felt very cold and not grilled. AND WITH NO BACON. The cheese wasn’t grilled and looked like a cheese sandwich not grilled. The staff refused to give us a new one and was very rude.“

“I love this location very much. The dining room is always neat and clean, and not only that, but the staffs there are always so nice, and if they see you waiting for your order, they always reassure you that the food/drink is coming. Kysha is very fast and is sooo friendly. Also, Jean is always smiling and is so pleasant. If you've got questions, they always answer you with a smile, and these people are polite. “Amazing food and awesome service but there wasn't enough seats in the building but luckily it's not a problem because it's connected to a mall so I'm not really sure about the atmosphere but everything else was awesome, I got the Beef and crispy onion. It was awesome at an awesome price“

“This is a chain so take this review knowing to expect that it should be the same at all Tim locations. I’ve been here many times and usually get a medium dark roast with 3 oat milk, 2 Splenda. I also frequent the downtown locations. The farmers bacon breakfast wrap is my fave item. I rarely get donuts or sweets but have had the cookies and timbits. Standard sugar coated dough balls. Nothing unique here. I do enjoy the summer seasonal drinks. Service is good but the business model is based on high turnover. I have found that many locations aren’t as efficient as they could be and often gave huge lineups at certain times of day. An overall reliable place for a wrap or bagel or snack. You can find a Tim’s almost anywhere in Canada when travelling so the reliability and comfort of knowing what to expect is a bonus for many.“

“Always get drive thru here in the mornings! They are always extremely quick, order has always been correct!! Customer service can feel a bit rushed and a bit loud in the mornings, but other than that, super convenient location and a solid Tim’s location in general.“

“My go-to Tims when I'm in the area. We do a company breakfast for the guys at the shop. The tims team does a great job. We order for 14 to 19 people and the food and coffee are still nice and warm after a 7 minute. Food is always ready on time and order is correct. Managers get to know you and are very friendly. The one manager runs a few restaurants and is always willing to help even touches base with me after orders to make sure everthing is up to my expectations.“

“I come to this location often with friends for a study or catch up session. The staff is very friendly while we are there and the area is always clean. It’s the perfect place to come for a warm drink and meal. I have gotten to know some of the staff members and each one has been lovely.“

You won’t find the Tim Hortons on the hospital maps but you will see the Market Cafe on the maps, just go directly there and Tim’s is right inside the entrance!“

“This is the best little Tim Hortons in the city! The staff is awesome, everything is fresh, and the service is outstanding. Joe is so friendly, and incredibly efficient. He always greets me by name and with a big smile on his face, even early in the morning, as soon as I walk through the door. I have NEVER had an order messed up from this location. I will actually go out of my way to stop in at this one solely because of their great service and neighbourly atmosphere. Joe is a true asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for his years of consistently great work.“

“The food court itself is hard to find when you go towards international departures on the 2nd floor you will find food court signs follow along and you will find escalators to 3rd floor where there is Tims, subway, A&W and more as shown in the attached images. Food quality was great but staff was not prompt. I ordered a bunch of stuff and I found out that they forgot to add one item which my kid noticed later. Over all the location is great with ample dine in area. Quality of Tims food is great as always. If you are at the airport this Tims is highly recommended. “I only use the drive through to get massive boxes of Timbits and emergency coffees for people I don't know well and I would say its a hit about 80-90% of the time with low cost and minimal effort. No complaints here from me other than I wish I could actually drink the coffee but since they sold out their coffee to MCDs I cannot.
