“It has been a long time I had a dinner that is so delicious for every single course. Their tasting menu was a 6 course menu at a reasonable price $120. But I know what I want. So me and my husband each ordered different dishes 3 courses menu, we still have 6 courses but a lower price.
Service was good but would be great if we got a standard seat instead of a high chair seat.”

“Wow, what a special time we had at Sauvage! It was the most excellent way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. From the moment we were greeted at the door, we were in for a magical evening. The Hunter tasting menu was very creative and delicious, every dish was so good, and each of the unique foods and flavours were balanced perfectly. A truly special culinary experience. The attention to all the details (music, atmosphere, beautiful dishes, amazing chef-created food, etc.) was above and beyond. And, to top it all off....on the walk home there was a congratulations card in my pocket, signed by each of the staff. Thank you to everyone at Sauvage, looking forward to next time!”

We traveled to Canada from the US for a destination wedding, and didn't know what to expect but this cake was EVERYTHING!! 10000% recommend Kake by Darci! She even included our husky from home into the cake to be a special part of our wedding day!❤”

Kind of glad another of our favourite restaurants happened to be closed which prompted us to find & try out the Iron Goat. We weren’t disappointed.”

“BEST INDIAN FOOD! This northern Indian restaurant was such a delightful surprise and hands down our best meal in Canmore/Banff. There were many traditional dishes with some interesting modern twists that didn't distract from the familiar flavors of India. We had a party of eight so shared a number of dishes and every single one was a standout. We left wishing we could franchise this in Washington, DC so we could access such deliciousness regularly back home.”

The other servers for the meat were very prompt and were able to cook some of the meats further through (some were a little underdone for my wife). Was well worth the price!”

Food is amazing and cooked to a very high standard , atmosphere just perfect and staff are always friendly providing an excellent service. “Gorgeous place, definitely the nicest restaurant in terms of ambiance in Canmore.

Food is pricy but it’s good. The vegan hummus and bread was the best hummus I’ve ever had in my life. The vegan cauliflower dish was too spicy for my liking. Vegan soup was just okay. Good beer.

Definitely recommend coming here but you may need to put your name on the waiting list. We had to wait 45ish minutes downstairs and we drank beer as we waited.”

The soup and salad to start were very flavorful, then the main dish, perfect cut of meat with a beautiful mix of vegetables and potatoe! At the end we had an incredible fresh baked chocolate chip cookie topped with salted caramel, ice cream and berries! We highly recommend this dinner and our server, Jess, was excellent! “Had a lovely meal in here last Tuesday before we left Canmore to head to Golden. I had the fish and chips, gorgeous and hubby had the Steak & Guinness pie, equally lovely. Heading back to Calgary tomorrow for a late flight back to UK so going to stop off and have another delicious meal. Thank you Georgetown Inn.”

“We ordered (ahead of time) some Sri Lankan short-eats and Lamprais from Nalaka and crew at Canmore Shawarma while visiting Banff in July 2024. The food was delicious 👌🏼👌🏼 The rolls had the same Sri Lankan goodness to them. 🤤 The Lamprais was out of this world. 🤩 Everything was made fresh and packed for us. Exceptional customer service by the staff as well. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request to pick up the Lamprais early in the morning on our way, even before the restaurant opened. Nalaka was very responsive on text messages and placing the orders and picking up was a breeze. We will be returning for sure and this will be a regular spot for food everytime we visit Alberta. 😊👍🏻”

“Honey, I shrunk the Boston Brute. Shouldn't there be a standard across the BP chain for serving sizes? I ordered a Boston Brute and it looked 1/2 size of one I had in Edmonton 1 week prior. Maybe that is a slight exaggeration but it was very noticeable. Service and food was great, and it was kids free month which was nice, but the $4 pop negated some of that, I guess prices are going up everywhere.”

“I think this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many across the world and the level of efficiency and service was top notch. The place was impeccably clean. The staff seemed like they genuinely enjoy what they are accomplishing with their team. The food quality is next level. This is McDonald’s gold standard.

Their chicken nuggets were insanely good. When you bite into it, the you can feel the crispiness of the batter between your teeth. The juiciness of the chicken meat coats your mouth with flavourful chicken flavour. And you continue that as you chew the whole nugget and with the sweet swallowing release you yearn for another. Best chicken nugget experience we have ever had.

And the rest of the order was perfectly accurate to what we ordered. Would highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.”
