“I always come here every other day since i moved to my new workplace across the street. Staff was always friendly and one of them always know my order just by hearing my voice or i dont know how lol, today i ordered from different barista and she made my order wrong mybe she heard coconut milk instead of breve which i always ordered . I came back the moment i saw coconut milk and as always that’s why i like starbucks even they are expensive, they redo my order and not only that, they gave me a starbucks card for my next visit. “Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“

“We were greeted right through the door. It was nice to see great customer appreciation and service. The store layout is great and they keep it clean. I especially like the shelving. They have epic shelving layout, pleasing to the eye. The colour is appealing and I feel like Christmas exploded in this location. Keep up your efforts.“

“I stopped at the store as I do on a regular basis I pay over six dollars for a drink I walk in to pick my coffee up I didn’t have a mascon which is my right not to do I wasn’t near anybody there was not one person in the store I went to the restroom I came back the staff is waiting for me they were harassing me extremely rude telling me I had to wear a mask or they would ban me from the store his words are I will write you up of course that was kind of funny as he is a manager at a coffee shop nevertheless I told them have a nice day as I was leaving there was three of them standing at the door yelling at me and harassing me I think these people need mental help getting angry over a piece of cloth that does nothing I’m very disappointed that in this day and age you get treated like a criminal Bottom line is I told them in a month or two you won’t be wearing those ridiculous anti-breathing devices but because the government tells you you’ll believe it’s true“
