“My fiance has taken me to every single asain restaurant. I have never had a meal so delicious. I couldn't get enough. The portion sizes were perfect. Not so huge you couldn't finish it, but big enough for you to be full. I'm not a red meat fan, but anemia needed it. I got the beef and broccoli, I can't stop thinking about how much I enjoyed eating that beef dish. The atmosphere is so homey. Like, visiting with grandma and a view. The staff was so nice. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's the only place I'm going for Asian food from now on. I highly recommend this gem.”

“Sweet Gypsy is a welcome alternative dining space in the Valley. I'm a big fan of all my menu choices so far, except for the disappointing meat calzone. The salads are superb! I usually take home dessert for later, and they don't disappoint. I especially loved their version of carrot cake, but I try something different each time, and they are all great. I live a long way from Palmer, and SG will continue to draw me back. Give it a try.”

“We had a fantastic lunch here. Burgers and onion rings were both delicious. Alaskan craft beers were reasonably priced with a good selection. Chris was our server and he took great care of us. The churros are delicious, filled with cream cheese and served with a berry compote and whipped cream.”

“I highly recommend eating here at RW's if you want high quality food. I have been eating here for a decade and it is one of my favorite places to dine in or grab takeout. The food is always prepared quickly and it is very affordable. The staff are efficient and hospitable. (Only accepts cash payments and includes an ATM inside their building)”

“A really nice place to sit with your art or crafts and work while having a cup of coffee. Or choose from the wide variety of ceramics and glass and create something all your own. Although they have a good variety of snacks, I just wish that they offered soup or sandwiches. Love the atmosphere!”

SB puts one shot of espresso in a Venti. BrewHaHa puts four! Taste so much better and, it’s cheaper than when I go to SB and ask for three shoots extra of espresso to be added. It’s in Palmer. On the main highway, exit the hospital or Trunk Road exit. Basically stay straight past the hospital as you go through the roundabouts. At the end of Trunk road is a Tesoro. Brew HaHa is in that parking lot. It is so worth it!!!”

I didn't catch the baristas name but she was extremely friendly and patient and made great conversation despite her multitasking! So many food options- it was hard to decide, but we got the S'mores bagel and it was amazing!!! The specialty chai was super good as well!”

“We call Hatcher Pass Pizza “Pizza in a pinch”. I have never had them deliver as I live close by. The pizza usually has the proper amount of sauce, most places serve a dry pizza. This is a huge plus! The crust is bland but if you pay the extra you can get seasoning sprinkled on. I consider this a requirement. You can sure expect to find the toppings blobbed on and not distributed across the whole pizza. They also have a problem tracking their pizza’s sold to pizza’s paid for. Be prepared to PROVE you bought a pizza and didn’t get it. This happens if you use their website to pay for a pizza only to find they are not even open! Over all they are acceptable, but there are better places.”

“Absolutely our favorite place to eat and drink in Palmer. The staff are always friendly and happy to help customers. Our drinks brought out within a few minutes of ordering them, food was made quickly and delicious. We got two of the local ciders that were fantastic. My husband had the bacon Mac and cheese and it was incredible, so much flavor, creamy and hearty. I got a bacon cheese burger and it was just as good, perfectly cooked.

I highly recommend the Palmer Alehouse to anyone in the area visiting. The atmosphere is wonderful, very inviting and comfortable to be in. I do recommend that on weekends non Alaskans call to see how busy the place might be, we love our local 'watering holes' and keep them fairly busy.

For our meals and drinks it was about 70 bucks. All the food and drinks are very well priced.”

“I’m on the fence with the Yes or No It’s 50/50 guess it depends on the day like most places… this one is definitely a hit or miss 🫤 Went years ago & ordered a Chinese menu item Really wasn’t impressed was Dry & not much to get excited about so I didn’t go back for more… Until June of this year bought a couple burgers & they were the Bomb… All young High School aged guys working & they did an awesome job holding it all together from the counter to the lobby I WAS IMPRESSED @ how smoothly they worked together 🙂 Great job fellas 🙂 & then last night happened around 7:30pm We decided to go back because our Previous experience was top notch but last night was the complete opposite 🫤 the young guys working did great the older lady working the counter was Stressed… We ordered & waited… Our food came out only to accidentally be served to a couple who came in well after us… they accepted our food & began to eat… the kiddo working realized the mistake after serving us a single meal which ended up being another customers 🫤 to my husband who didn’t realize it straight away that it wasn’t the one he ordered “ he was hungry after 10 hours of work “ as was I who had to sit there another 20 minutes roughly for mine 🫤 We asked for the other burger to be made to go Since we did pay for it… lady was a bit snarky because we asked for it to be made to our original order 🫤 I understand that mistakes happen but was far from impressed with the overall experience. When ya pay $$$ Roughly $33 plus a tip & the experience becomes a Cluster of WTF !?! They did offer a order of fried mushrooms THANX but really our order should’ve been comped or offered a Free meal next round… Something to make up for it All on their end… I remained polite & tried being patient 🙂 which is not easy when your Hungry & watching other people eat your food JS ! All in All it wasn’t a great date night Experience… they Should’ve done better about making it Right… kudos to they kiddo who atleast offered the mushrooms but come on REALLY 🫤🫤🫤”
