“I usually eat here sir by a pleasant waitress, but this last time we were seated in the area the female waitress was snappy mean grouc😖hy, raise a voice🔥🌋 not friendly at all, and when I mentioned it to the male hostess, seated us, he reply, you can sit wherever you want to then.. after seated in the next area the waitress barely wanted to talk to us, we had to call her over to our table each time. 🌆 I then lost my appetite!!We will not be going back!!🔥🌋🌋!!!!👎👎👎👎👎😵‍💫😈“

“The food was fantastic! I had been looking for a Chinese restaurant that served fresh, tasty food for some time. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Sizzling Rice Soup, which is a favourite of mine. The soup was lovely, and the fresh vegetables were vibrant with just the right amount of crunch, and the chicken and shrimp were tender and tasty. The only thing missing was the sizzling rice, which, admittedly, was a bummer, but I cannot fault anything else about the dish. The roast pork fried rice also hit the spot. Heavenly.
I am looking forward to the next time I can try more of the menu.“

“The food is absolutely amazing. You can call your order in ahead of time and if you choose to you can sit down and eat with the order you placed over the phone. The workers have the best attitude towards customers and are always going above and beyond. While we we sitting down eating, they checked on us often and made sure we loved our food.“

“I stopped there because I was hungry after leaving the local grocery store. I am from NYC and I'm always looking for good Chinese food that reminds me of home. It's been hard for me to do so and I've been living here in Alabama for over 16 years. So far I've found less than a handful of really good takeout restaurants. Well this is one. I've only had their roast pork egg foo young but it was exactly the flavor profile I was looking for. Delicious! I'll be back!“

I would also like to say that the staff are extremely friendly and seemed to be family oriented. My family will return time and time again. “I really love Chen Express, especially for their delivery. We're extremely wary of most other delivery places or delivery services, but never have any issue whatsoever with Chen. The food is packaged extremely well and it always arrives hot. The actual delivery is always extremely polite, respectful, and surprisingly fast. “My first time to visit and I selected the pork Lo Mein (L28) FOR $8.50. I have found that one usually gets great value in oriental restaurants and I simply could not eat the plate which included a soup, small chips and egg roll as well as the "plate", I had to get a to-go container and finished the remainder at home later. The food was great and it was the most amount of food I have seen in any lunch special in a long time. Ill be eating there again when Im in the area. The "atmosphere" was very basic as many small Chinese restaurants are. I would recommend it.“

“Great Chinese food venue at Leeds shopping outlet. I always order the general Tao’s chicken and recently tried their orange chicken which is also delicious. I like that the chicken is fried enough to be crispy but not made mushy by the sauce.“

“My family and I got wings and fried rice. I got plain wings. We also got buffalo wings, beef fried rice and shrimp fried rice and 2 egg rolls! The wings were not my favorite I’ll be honest they tasted way too much like chicken not sure if it wasn’t fresh that day or what. But the fried rice was out of this world amazing!!! “I've eaten here many times. The selection is top notch. Food is great and very tasty. All my food selections have been piping hot. Its usually quite packed whenever I go. The one star reviews are not trustworthy. Would highly recommend this compared to kings and the super 8 buffet.“
