“This is the 1st time I've been to a McDonald's in a long while. I refuse to go to the one close to my house because of all the trouble we've had up there. But I'm glad I stopped in this one. My order was right, and the ladies there were nice, clean, and efficient.“

Parking: Plenty of parking, and sometimes it might be hard to find a place to get parked cause that's how packed they are with the great food and service they have“

“I can not say enough amazing things about this Milo's. We told them that we were from out of town, but originally from AL, and wanted to buy some Milo's sauce in a bottle. They don't have it that way anymore. However, they sold us the prepackaged individual sauces, and we are still using them. Very sparingly!!!“

“OMG. This place is probably the best kept secret in Cullman. The food is always hot and wonderful, the restaurant is always clean and cozy, and the atmosphere is always delightful. “I have to give Guthrie's in Cullman, AL major props. Long story short, I needed 100 chicken fingers FAST. The very nice, helpful girls at Guthrie's in Cullman, AL said they could have them ready in 30 minutes, which was cutting it close for my situation. They had them ready in about 20 minutes and I was able to get them to my event just in time to feed everyone. And they even gave me an extra finger to give my little dachshund that was with me. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this awesome location. Y'all made a blessing a much bigger blessing. Thank y'all so very, very much!!!!“

“After a long day, I went thru the drive thru only to realized my order was wrong after I was almost home. I called and They were very apologetic and made the situation right. The response she was above and beyond what I expected. Many thanks for the response and solution!“

“This was our first time trying this pizzahut since we moved back home two years ago, but it will now be our goto for pizza night. We placed a pickup order, and everything was hot and ready when I arrived. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant, and they checked out my order with me to ensure everything was there, even my extra sauces, which other places always seem to forget.“

“Run in to have a quick supper and it was fairly quick considering the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The only reason not a 5 star on the food is we ordered for dine in and our food was placed in a bag and squished so all of my sourcream and half of the nacho cheese was on the lid of my Nacho Bell Grande. Was very pleased with the tacos as me and my wife order hard shells and they did not break for a change. Just wish the prices where not so steep. But hey that's everywhere now I rekon.“

“We don't go to many fast food places, so the prices were a little shocking, but the food quality was very good. The staff was friendly, and we were served in good timing, but we did have to ask for a items left off our order. We enjoyed the visit.“

“I WISH I could give a stellar comment but...the fries are ALWAYS cold and dried out, the chicken fingers are getting smaller..yes I know you can't help that but throw an extra one in the meals at least. Nothing on Zaxby's menu is cheap so it would be nice to at least have fresh fries.

Vegetarian options: Not the place for you. They have oil that cooks every thing nearly so not a true vegetarian place.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten, fat free and low sodium is not found here except maybe salad.

Parking: Parking is fine until the drive through wraps all the way into wal marts parking lot then people get very irate.

Kid-friendliness: It's fried chicken and fries...yes kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have plenty of handicap spots but if they have a line, which they usually do, then you can't even get into the handicap spots.“

“Food was fresh, dining room was spotless, but I’m taking the time to write bc of the customer service. The gentleman and lady that waited on us were super friendly and patient, and professional. Good customer service is rare these days, especially at fast food. I appreciate the service today :)“
