“Great little southern place right here in downtown Hartselle Alabama. The environment is cute and kitschy, the staff is friendly and the food is out of this world. We found her when we first moved here - now it’s a regular haunt!Anything on the menu is better than you’ve had, my personal favorite is the buffalo Mac & cheese. The fried green tomatoes are tops too!You really can’t go wrong on this menu!!“
“My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.“

“On July 5th approximately 8am in the Drive Thru at the Hartselle, AL location we noticed my Frappe was in a much smaller cup than usual and my husband questioned it and a different young lady, Kelly happen to hear and also noticed the cup my husband was holding was wrong and she knew my order and the extras I get and volunteered to redo and fix my Frappe from memory and had us go ahead and pull thru towait just a moment and she’d bring it right out. It was only a moment and she did a fantastic job remembering my order and making it really well. So thank you Kelly for taking such great care of me this morning and it was impressive that you knew exactly how my Frappe should be. You’ve got a good one in her McDs. She could potentially be mgmt material one day in the near future. Again, thank you Kelly for the big save. You Rock!!“
“Had my granddaughter with me. She loves playing in the play area they have set up. We had ordered a cheeseburger for her which there wasn't any cheese on it, I brought it to their attention and the kindly, with a smile on their face, gave her a new cheeseburger. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“
“Quick service the day we went. Food was warm and everyone was happy! I like their frozen slashes, but the lime one wasn't mixed well and was way too potent. I will stick to my regular flavor next time. Burgers were good. My kids like the cheese sticks!“

“Great improvement! We hadn't ate there in a while because service had been terrible. Very slow and one time we were told they were out of burgers! Our last visit was great A + service. We did not even have time to fill our drinks up and our food was ready! Great job!“
“I ordered on the app and got a 10-piece nugget free. I was greeted by an employee and grabbed my meal at pickup right away. Food was mostly hot, the fries being the only exception, but still not too cold. Quarter pounder with cheese was great, and nuggets had a good crunch. I recommend the mambo sauce if you can get it, sweet and spicy.Great place to get gas and a late night snack.“
