“We go often, even if it’s in a truck stop. I would give a 5star rating on service if they had an online ordering option. They are very responsive but they are usually a bit busy due to the convenience of the store being in a truck stop.

“I ordered on the app and got a 10-piece nugget free. I was greeted by an employee and grabbed my meal at pickup right away. Food was mostly hot, the fries being the only exception, but still not too cold. Quarter pounder with cheese was great, and nuggets had a good crunch. I recommend the mambo sauce if you can get it, sweet and spicy.Great place to get gas and a late night snack.“

“It's been awhile since I have been in Hartselle's Captain D's. I went in and ordered some to go plates. If the customer service I saw tonight is their norm then the staff should school our other fast food restaurants on how to run a business. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the order filled promptly and correctly and the last thing I heard as I picked up my order was,"We appreciate you sir".“

“My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.“

“Well .. it's Dari-Delight folks. Terrible septic tank smell in the men's room. Food is usually very good. Don't expect a smiling cashier either... They seemed unhappy and would rather smoke a cigarette or sit over there in that "office" space.“

“I don't know the name of the guy working Sunday afternoon the 14th but he was doing a great job. Poor fella was completely by himself, im sure someone called out. But he was still taking care of everyone. Really respect and appreciate it.“

“The employees at the Hartselle location are always so friendly. They don't make you feel like you inconvenienced them by coming in. The food is always hot and fresh.

“You get cold food not once but twice. They have two employees riding in a vehicle fast around the building they could have hit someone they did this several times. Terrible service.“

“My biscuit was so hard i could not eat it will never eat breakfast there again“

“We hit the drive through at 9 am. The kitchen and window was running efficient and we were on the road pretty quickly. The person running the window was really friendly. I ordered hash brown and McMuffin. The hash brown was a little greasy and smelled of old, teetering on the edge of burned oil. (-2stars) The McMuffin was great.“

“Even when it is short staffed, I can tell they are working hard. Prompted people to order on the Kiosk. When we ordered on the Kiosk, we used cash. The kiosk didn't tell us to pay upfront like McDonald's does. We waited and finally talked to a worker who told us we had to pay first. We waited a little longer but the food was worth it! Shout out to the hard workers on night shift! They need more help at this establishment.“
