“We always try to find a coffee shop in every little town we visit. The Roastery Coffee Co. Grand Bay did not disappoint! Very welcoming little shop with delicious coffee! We enjoyed our conversation with Jonny, one of the owners. It was interesting to learn about the coffee, but more interesting to learn about Jonny’s faith. We look forward to the next time we are passing through Grand Bay to enjoy another amazing cup of coffee.”

“Grand Bay Dunkin..... Hands down the best customer service! My daughter’s yearbook class decided to get Dunkin coffees for their Christmas party. So she volunteered to go this morning and get 13 coffees and 1 order of donuts! I tried Calling to see if I can go ahead and place the order over the phone but the line was busy. We walk in and apologized ahead of time lol We tell the lady we have a fairly large order. She said that’s ok! My daughter had a list with everyone’s name and what they wanted. She took the list and entered everything. Once she was done, her and the other workers all worked so well together filling our order. They even took the list and wrote all the names on each of the drinks. It was 6:50 in the morning and They never once complained or was rude. I can almost guarantee some places would have, they didn’t have to write the names on the drinks but they did. And some they put little hearts on them. We always go in there and we always have amazing service. But I had to make this post and hope these workers or the manage sees this.. Best Customer Service Ever! “Ordered chicken teriyaki footlong and a steak and cheese footlong. NO chicken and VERY LITTLE steak. My 2nd time ordering from this location. First time service was bad. Thought I'd give a 2nd chance and this location is the WORST I've ever dealt with. I WILL NOT BE BACK. You should close this location. IT'S WORTHLESS !!”

“My family loves The Lighthouse! We had the best experience this evening. My sister & I brought our kids after the DI Mardi Gras parade. Two adults with a 6 year old, two 5 year olds, a 1 year old & a 9 month old. We had a 35 minute wait, but it went by fast. We had a great server, she was so sweet. Our girls were a little loud, but the whole restaurant was loud due to it being busy, a drink got spilled but we cleaned it up. We had two older women and a man sit at the table behind us & they were constantly staring, talking about us & our children. I guess we were a bother to them, I was very upset about it. After we paid, a tall man who works in the back came out and told us not to go anywhere yet, that he had something for the girls. He brought out 3 popsicles & opened them for them 🩷 My sister said he had been looking out from behind the counter and thought he had noticed the situation. Even if he didn’t, he was so kind and it made everything better. Just made me love the restaurant even more. Our food was 10/10 as always!”

“A great Bayou la Batre type restaurant with good food and service. If you want all of the frills that you'll most likely pay extra, go to a Franchised restaurant in the city and miss all of the shrimp boats and ship builders in the area. Sure they make a mistake every once and awhile, many are far worse since covid. I like it !”

“We are staying on Dauphin Island but heard this restaurant is very good. We took a little drive to try it out. Definitely glad we did. Worth the quick drive from the island. We had 3 kids and 4 adults. The kids had cheeseburgers and fries. The adults had fantail shrimp, shrimp po boys and chicken tenders. The shrimp was fantastic! My sister said the chicken tenders were so good. Not frozen ones. 😄 The staff was very friendly and took care of us. The decorations and environment is welcoming and fun to look at. We will definitely be back.”
