“I relocated from Alabama to Jersey and now back in Alabama where I make sure I get by G’s as often as possible. I was extremely home sick missing this southern food. I searched all over and couldn’t find NO BODY like Gs in Jersey, Delaware or NYC.“

“As a competition cook and former owner of Pig Time BBQ their brisket is the absolute best I’ve had from any place in town. Highly recommend it for all your brisket needs. Wings is good as well“

“5 stars! Please if you pass through Ardmore, you have to stop here for some lunch. First, I would like to say my server Ellason was absolutely fantastic. Second, I asked them to cook my tenders and fries twice and they did that. I can't thank you enough for that. Also, when I asked for some seasoning they also provided me with some seasoning salt. My recommendation is to get the chicken finger plate with hush puppies and fries. A pretty good, decent amount of food for $13.63. Definitely a good small town, slow pace sit down restaurant, there's no rush on leaving, you don't have to feel rushed for anything and I love that. This restaurant definitely deserves more recognition than it has. I recommend the chicken finger plate! Thank you again for the experience and I will be coming back.“

“Not frm here & decided to stop in when I noticed they kept a parking lot full. Walked in and was greeted and informed about what good recommendations. Got the BIG Combo with a loaded baked potato with came with a salad and drink. Food was ready in about 10-15 mins. Once home I enjoyed every bit of that steak and chicken.“

“My husband and I had the for dinner last night and it was phenomenal! The drinks were excellent, the sushi was amazing, and the street corn dip, we had for an appetizer, is the best flavor combo I have ever had. Let me just say this place does not disappoint!!! We will definitely be back!!!“

“Staff is generally really nice, food quality is highly dependent on the importance of the most important person they are expecting to dine there that day (state officials or prospective students mean good quality). On other days, the food is pretty decent but nothing to write home about. Dietary restrictions can be very limiting, but you should be able to scrounge something together.“

“Walking into this place we were apprehensive, even came very close to leaving before we sat down. I’m glad we stayed, the jambalaya was fantastic, the voo doo shrimp was great and the bread pudding I could eat every day. The owner seems to be a very nice guy, he even sent us out with a very large piece of king cake that was also great. I’ll definitely eat here again.“
