“It's been awhile since I have been in Hartselle's Captain D's. I went in and ordered some to go plates. If the customer service I saw tonight is their norm then the staff should school our other fast food restaurants on how to run a business. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the order filled promptly and correctly and the last thing I heard as I picked up my order was,"We appreciate you sir".“

“That. Forgot our bacon on hamburger was left off and the. Manager I talk him hey he was very polite and apologetic said that he wouldn't fix us another hamburger or we could come by at our convenience to get it it would have been the second shift manager on December the 29th that was working and we are regular customers and we will be coming back five stars for the manager“

“The lovely Brandi and lovely Tracey made this 5 star review easier than the incredible service that matched. Extremely genuine, radiant positive attitudes, smiles that were moonlit as the sun went down. I can only speak on this experience as this is my 1st go in an order. Pickup is cool, but this was unmatched. With wonderful ladies like this, business should never be a problem. Thank you for hiring such irreplaceable moments like this!
On August 27th 2025 This Brandi and Tracey duo somehow made this trip completely different than the last pleasant review. They simply took a 5 star rating and made it a 10. I'm not trying to sound cliche at all, but for the very few times I've came in, they remember me like a long time friend you haven't seen in years. There's service and to be serviced. While be serviced, though there was no wait, you wouldn't even acknowledge the wait due to such a genuine, comfortable, warm felt environment! I couldn't post another review so had to delightfully add to this one. Thanks again Brandy and Tracey!“
“This is it! I found this place from TikTok and knew I had to come try it out!
Food: burger was delicious, well seasoned and the tomato tasted like homegrown. The ribs were tender and so thick! And the banana pudding is a must try!!
Service: great service, never had to ask for anything.
Atmosphere: was nice and quaint, real hometown feel!
Highly recommend the burger, looking forward to trying other things on the menu!“

“We hadn’t had iHop in years, so we decided to go one Saturday. They were relatively busy, but not overly so. What made our experience fantastic was our waitress, Jada. She. Was. Incredible! She made sure our 10-month-old got some food first so we didn’t have to worry about feeding him while we were eating. He kept dropping his teething toy on the floor, so she brought us a cup of warm water to rinse it off each time without us even asking! She was incredibly attentive and just an all around great person! We will definitely be back and it’s all because of Jada.“

“The food was excellent as always, and our server Cora was efficient and fun; however, I was told that if I were a rewards customer, I could order a free appetizer. When I checked out, the cashier would not take it off the bill even though I am a rewards member. That was not a happy moment.“

“UPDATE: 7/31/26
We arrived shortly before the dinner rush around 530pm. No waiting and were seated promptly. Our server was Lauren, who took our drink order within minutes, asked about appetizers, and returned with the drinks and loaf of warm bread. She took time to answer our questions and quickly brought the little odd & ends we asked for: extra butter, ranch and some paired napkins. The food didn't take long, maybe 15 minutes, and was delicious! During the meal, Lauren checked on us faithfully without being intrusive. Each time she walked by, I'd notice her glancing at our table & checking our drink glasses, they never went dry. 😊 We appreciate that. We want to be checked on but not hovered over so that we can enjoy our meal in peace. She was an awesome server and we had a great meal. We'll definitely be back & al for Lauren's section!“

“We went today February 13th for Valentine's and Anniversary date. There were plenty of tables and several servers but we were told there would be a 15 minute wait. There were probably 10 to 12 people waiting right inside the door. The Asst. Manager came from the kitchen and started seating people. There was a large birthday party and I guess that is what had the kitchen behind. But Tiara, the bartender, was great!! She was waiting on and serving the tables in the bar area like a Queen! Food was just ok. But she was great!“

“The Decatur, AL Waffle House is the best one I’ve ever visited. I was a frequent flyer and they had my order memorized and would put it in for me right when I walked in the door. I’d normally be in and out in 25 minutes. Super friendly staff!“

“First time at a chili's and as long as they stay open we will be back for the Tripple Dipper. Got the big mouth bite, mozzarella sticks, and Chipotle honey crispers and it was amazing. dont look at the calories. but yeah come get that and youll be good 👍“

“Me and my wife eat every Wednesday night after church and last night we had a lady that was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and something she said was have a blessed night that may not seem like nothing but to us it is because it a sign of a person who cares she was super busy but took the time to tell us have a good night and be blessed and we hope she is blessed and the rest of the employees there.“
