“This is the second time I have been here. The food and service was top notch each time!! We have a church group that comes down from Tennessee and enjoy the drive and atmosphere. The only complaint I have is, the first time visited we had menus and this time we did not!!!! The host had a very limited menu written on a chalk board for us to choose from. Several of our group didn’t like that. That limited menu was without the prices also.“
“They continue to serve bacon that is only half cooked even though we asked for crispy. Also the last two times I have been there the check out process takes way too long. the line usually winds back into the dining room.Parking: I feel like there is plenty of parking.“
“By far the best grits I've ever had and made daily according to the staff which I do recommend as the most hospitable in Hartselle. Smoking section is a huge plus for feeling welcomed and the cleanliness is a great plus. “My previous post concerning Waffle House was about the one on beltline.. The Waffle House on 6th Ave. Actually sold me one can of tomato juice and did not bicker about it. Could have charged me $2.40 for the one can. I don't know and do not care. $2.40 would break me. Such stupidity... by the way. I stopped at the 6th Ave first then two days later at the Beltline Waffle House.“
“It truly would be a 5 star experience if the wait time to get your food wasn't so long. Our server was very good and very polite. The kitchen staff and the busters were a little too interested in playing and having a good time. Overall, the food was excellent flavor wise But was it worthy of overall expense? Not really. A little bit more pricey than similar restaurants in the area.“

“Haven't ate here in awhile so we decided to give it a try. Got in and got seated pretty quickly. First and foremost DO NOT go here expecting speedy service or if you are hungry. It was busy but not too busy where we couldn't get waited on. “We eat at our Waffle House most Sundays and always look forward to not only the good food but the friendly staff from the young man who opens the door for us to our usual waitresses especially Katie who has a laugh as big as all outdoors. Have never heard a cross word from any of them no matter how busy they are. No one makes smothered hash browns as well as WH.“
“Waited on hostess a little to long. Waitress in beginning was helpful then later forgot us. We sat there waiting to get to go boxes and a check. To go boxes way too small for t bone....waited again....she notice I couldn't close box and brought new to go boxes the same size again. I said forget it I just want to go now! I spend more time waiting on my Waitress than I actually spent eating my food....and this was early when they just open. Why spend this high price when service is soon bad!!“
“There is no other restaurant that my family enjoys more than Wings To Go! We all love the Garlic Parmesan and Asian Fusion, but honestly all of the flavors are wonderful. They’re perfectly cooked as well with the right amount of crisp to compliment the sauce. If you want a sweet treat get the fried cheesecake! Amazing!! The customer service is second to none as well with the lady at the counter always being so friendly and sweet. She always greets us with a smile and warm welcome. We adore this place!“
“The Decatur, AL Waffle House is the best one I’ve ever visited. I was a frequent flyer and they had my order memorized and would put it in for me right when I walked in the door. I’d normally be in and out in 25 minutes. Super friendly staff!“

“Saturday night we went to dinner at Golden Corral in Decatur, AL. We had not been there for a really long time. The food was pretty good. There was a lot of variety and there was not really anything that you could say was bad. The deserts were not too great. The cakes seemed to have been sitting around for a while and were not very fresh and, of course, there were a lot of families there who were not really keeping an eye on the kids going up to the buffet, but, all-in-all, We give it 4-stars.“

“Great little southern place right here in downtown Hartselle Alabama. The environment is cute and kitschy, the staff is friendly and the food is out of this world. We found her when we first moved here - now it’s a regular haunt!Anything on the menu is better than you’ve had, my personal favorite is the buffalo Mac & cheese. The fried green tomatoes are tops too!You really can’t go wrong on this menu!!“
