“It's been awhile since I have been in Hartselle's Captain D's. I went in and ordered some to go plates. If the customer service I saw tonight is their norm then the staff should school our other fast food restaurants on how to run a business. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the order filled promptly and correctly and the last thing I heard as I picked up my order was,"We appreciate you sir".“

“Ordered food from here after 7 pm on a Sunday night. Everything was very hot and fresh! The fish portions are huge and way more than enough to fill you up. I was shocked when I opened my plate because it's been years since I've had Captian D's, I wasn't expecting to have that much food lol. The lady that took our order was nice. Great service. Thanks! 😊“

“My husband and I stopped in tonight on our way to Nashville. First time eating here, the bourbon brown sugar ribeye was the best steak I have ever eaten! The food and service were excellent. We will definitely be back.“
