“100% great food, entertainment, and environment. Our server was Adela aka Big Bad Breakfast. She wouldn’t give me a refund on my disgusting food (even though I cleaned the plate 😪) food was great, customer service was better.“

“I went inside for my 25th birthday and the restaurant staff was very polite. They helped me pick my order. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles were fluffy and delicious. The chicken was tender and moist. The orange juice was refreshing and worth it.“

“Myself and 3 of my family members visited the Homewood IHOP, off Lakeshore on 12/5/2025. Shay was a great host and server. She was very pleasant, gracious, and attentive. My food was pretty good. The Cinnamon Crepes was great 🤩; the eggs were prepared, per my request (cheese was $1.69 extra 🤬; the breakfast meat and hash browns were okay, but I was expecting a better quality of bacon (so thin). One of the guest order a T-bone steak. The steak did not look good to me when it arrived, and the guest said that the taste wasn't much better. The drinks were too high, but that issue is the same at most restaurants. I would return, and reorder what I had again.... Make sure you tip your server, especially if he or she have provided good service. (Ask about the $6.00 menu 😉).“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! “Always a great Breakfast. I wish they would open for lunch or early dinner. Well known neighborhood eatery with good people who care about the community. I've been a customer since their first restaurant and recently moved back to the area and it's just as good as always. I would love for them start the wings back up and liver with gravy & onions would do it all for me. Or maybe add a fruit cup once a week to lighten up things. But Honestly I love it just the way it is !“

“🤩🤩This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it. If you want take out that’s just as good as in the restaurant here is the spot. * eggs Benedict, buttered toast and a fajita omelette pictures enclosed“

“Maybe it was what I ordered. I've been to IHOP 3 times and this time I was not satisfied with the food. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the cheese in the eggs tasted like powdered cheese. Coffee was really good and so was the service but I will never order scrambled eggs again. I didn't care for the turkey bacon and that's all I saw on their menu so I got a side order. I brought the bacon and eggs home to my dog. This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience with the food.“

“This place just dethroned my number one Waffle House—and that’s saying something, because I’m loyal to my hashbrowns and my cooks. The food was so good I considered proposing to the cook. The service? Outstanding. Nobody threw a chair, nobody wrestled in the parking lot, and I didn’t hear a single “hold my cigarette.” On top of that, it was CLEAN. Like… suspiciously clean for a Waffle House. Everyone was funny, kind, and actually engaged, which is wild because usually I expect at least one dramatic family reunion happening in the booth behind me. I felt bad this particular visit because I was asking for substitutions, additions, and Exactly how I wanted my hashbrowns! The 2 gentleman never sighed, raised a brow, or got upset..The 2 , Cook and Server, performed as if I were the D.M. or w/Cooperate! I don't know if I have Ever had a "NO COMPLAINT " Experience from this franchise or the other ones similar to, but it was PERFECT! From the greeting to the last bite! It would have been nice to dine in but for whatever reason, I was unable to just like the others who came while I was there. Thanks! I Highly recommend this location.“
