The “special” is always a fun creation, I got something new this time with pineapple and goat cheese that was very delicious, but the Bulgogi Burger with Korean BBQ sauce is our favorite. You can get several burgers on fries and skip the bun if you like. The sweet tea is the best in the area, imho. Service is always great, a shout out to Josh for always going above and beyond for customers.”

“We decided as a new HOA to have Catrina’s Mexican Food Truck out to our neighborhood . Let me first start by saying I knew it was going to be successful if their food was anything like their customer service ! Spot on!!! I called and spoke to the owners son who was so nice and informative . I even messaged him the Monday prior to them coming out ( which was a Saturday) and he got back to me faster than my own family ! Confirming the time and date and eager to serve the community. They came and set up and within minutes had a huge line of eager and hungry patrons ! Ordering was smooth as questions were answered to those that had them , and samples of delicious Aqua Fresca was given ( and even Horchata ) all of which had people adding to their orders or coming back for more ! Not only did people order almost non stop for the 2 hrs we had them out , but people came back for another additional order , drink ( or in the case of my children , more Churros )! Not one person who ordered left without a full belly and a need to have them back for another night in the neighborhood ! Honestly , I cannot say enough good things about them ! Catrina’s food is amazing , and the customer service , no appreciation for their customers gives this food truck a 10/10 for me and my neighborhood ! We will be booking them again!”

My husband ordered the v mac which was absolutely huge and way better than the non vegan version at that fast food place with the Golden Arches. I always get the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it is great. All their cakes are delicious too! My kids love the kids meals. If you’re looking for vegan fast food style food that tastes better than the non vegan stuff, this is your place. They also redid the whole interior and it looks so nice. Best vegan place in town.”

Bless her she is normally there more than anyone should be ( due to short staffing) now I have 2 children ages 3 and 1, and no matter how busy always tries to give them a warm welcome. They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. Mrs. Tina definitely deserves 5 stars, and the restaurant has gotten so much cleaner and the food in my opinion has gotten tastier!!!!! cant go wrong with those all stars!!!!!!”

“This was my first time eating in a Whataburger, since I was 5 years old, when we stopped at one in Oklahoma on our way to visit family in California. Now, that was back in 1973, and I remember that my brother, and I hated it! Where we lived back then it was either McDonald's, or Henry's Hamburgers in our house, and Timmy, and I just weren't digging the mustard that they put on our burgers at the Whataburger in Oklahoma. So now we fast forward 50 years, and I thought that I'd give it another try. My wife was game, and so we came in a little bit after the lunch rush. The restaurant was very clean and everyone seemed friendly. Everything we ordered was fresh and plentiful. I'll say that it's not too bad, compared to my childhood experience. But, it would still not be one of my top choices on a place to eat. For me it would be more of a place I'd go to when I got tired of my regular rotation of places to eat, and wanted to substitute an alternative choice just to shake things up a little.”

“A couple of years ago, I found myself becoming increasingly introverted and barely left the house. Then I discovered Ravenwood, and I quickly became part of a community I never imagined I’d find. Even though I don’t typically drink alcohol, I found several of the handmade, authentic meads they offer that I absolutely love. And while the meads are amazing, the specialty cocktails are definitely my favorite! But honestly, even if you don’t drink at all, I still highly recommend stopping by just to experience the ambiance of the old ways that the owner has worked so hard to incorporate, and it truly shows. Be sure to also check out Niflheim, right next door, as it’s also filled with all kinds of unique items!”

My hot clay pot rice wasn't as well-done as I was used to, but it was still crispy and delicious. Phở broth was also balanced well. Tables are supplied with all of the best and expected sides.
The only thing we assumed and were wrong about was there being banh mi on the menu! But we quickly got over it after receiving what we ordered. Highly recommended.”

The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.
Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.
The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome
Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.”

“Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. You all truly made the experience for me.”

Nitpicking comment here -> You may want to put up some sound absorbant panels towards the backend of the classroom area to help mitigate some of the echo and make the instructor slightly easier to hear. Heidi did a great job of projecting, the room just made it slightly echoey in the back.”

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner.
