“Our evening here was off to a slow start but it was worth the wait. Our food was excellent and I’ll definitely be back. We had the Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala. The Tikka Masala had a lot of cilantro. It was different but still very good. We also had a side of buttered naan and finished off with some kheer. The paneer tasted very fresh as did everything else. This might be my favorite Indian place in Huntsville. The portion size was good value for both the entrees.”

“I came with my daughter and grandson and we had a wonderful dining experience! We loved sitting outdoors & noticed beautiful heaters available for cooler temperatures. Having gluten-free options was so extraordinary for the pizza and pasta! We ordered both!!! 2 pizzas (pepperoni & mushroom with caramelized onions) & Chicken Alfredo. The salads were so unique & beautifully plated. The bar options were also fabulous!! Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. So glad we had leftovers to enjoy for our next meal. Absolutely will return!!! Great experience all around!”

“Been coming to this establishment for the last 2 or 3 years fairly consistently. I have to give a shout out to Tina, shes one of the servers there. Bless her she is normally there more than anyone should be ( due to short staffing) now I have 2 children ages 3 and 1, and no matter how busy always tries to give them a warm welcome. They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. Mrs. Tina definitely deserves 5 stars, and the restaurant has gotten so much cleaner and the food in my opinion has gotten tastier!!!!! cant go wrong with those all stars!!!!!!”

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Waffle House and indulging in one of their classic menu items: the Sausage Biscuit. Let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful!
The biscuit itself was perfection—fluffy, warm, and baked to that ideal golden-brown. It had a comforting, buttery flavor that was the perfect vehicle for the main event: the sausage patty. The patty was savory, perfectly seasoned, and had a great texture. Together, the two components create that quintessential, satisfying, and utterly delicious Southern breakfast bite that Waffle House is famous for. It's a simple item executed flawlessly, and it's fantastic value for the money.
Beyond the delicious food, I have to give a massive compliment to the staff. The service was truly stellar! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine, cheerful welcome. My server was attentive, efficient, and had a wonderful, friendly attitude that made the entire experience feel warm and inviting. They kept the coffee coming and made sure every part of my order was correct and timely. It’s that combination of consistent, quick, and friendly service that sets Waffle House apart.

Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. “My family and I have visited Ol Heidelberg since the early 80s. We've celebrated weddings, graduations and holidays there. It's a tradition. Last evening I was able to have dinner with a friend who was a first time visitor. I must say I was saddened by the whole experience. The food was still very good but the overall atmosphere and service were not what it used to be. The place my family loved had a tiny bud vase with a fresh flower and a candle on the table. The bread came out in a basket wrapped in a warm cloth napkin to keep it warm. It was tiny small touches like those that made dining there special. Last evening the guy sitting people bald faced lied to us. We were sitting on the bench three feet behind him. He had not called our name like he said. Once we were finally seated at a booth, our food took well over an hour to arrive. The whole experience from start to finish just wasn't the same. They've lost that extra something that had kept our family coming back for years. While the food was fine when we finally got it, everything else was kinda sad.”

Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. “Stopped by this place a couple weeks ago with some friends on a long weekend at the recommendation of a local friend. It was warm(ish) evening and so they had the window open which made the place very comfortable. The atmosphere was great immediately with a very laid back vibe. We ordered some outstanding appetizers that included the buffalo chicken dip, pretzel board and pot stickers and they were all fantastic. Good beer selection, and VERY good bourbon selection, but the thing that made the night was our server Gill. She was absolutely fantastic. Social and attentive and very prompt, she treated us like old friends, gave us some recommendations for a couple other local spots and even gave us a little history of the building. I can hardly remember more pleasant service. She was fantastic. The ONLY slight drawback I found was the music was a tad loud and “clubby” but take that with a grain of salt, as I don’t like much of any music after the 90s. But otherwise a great spot to have some good food with good friends. 5 stars all day.”

The food PHENOMENAL The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere warm. Recently there was a health department scandal blown out of proportion because of social media and not only was it mitigated quickly and efficiently, it seems they doubled down on their quality. As someone who worked in the food industry for 13 years, I can guarantee you, every restaurant you have ever eaten at has dealt with these issues if not worse and completely ignored them or tried to cover it up. Phat Sammy’s took accountability and handled it. You have a restaurant built over caverns in an old building from the 1900’s, and after the amount of rain we experienced this summer, the potential for vermin rises as they seek food and a drier atmosphere. They have an open kitchen and you can see right in. As I passed by, I took note of the tidy work spaces, and clean floors. There was nothing even close to alarming. In April, they had a 98. There is no reason not to give this establishment another shot when they have always maintained their quality.”

Few restaurants focus on service anymore, not even all Jason's Deli's but this location 1395 Enterprise Way, Suite E in Huntsville AL, they were the exception. Great sandwich and salad bar so much so i went back the next day for the salad bar again. It was such a pleasure to give my hard earned money for this meal and this exceptional experience. Everyone was doing their job and helping others if needed. I was so amazed to watch the staff being a team. It was a welcoming change. The Tikka Masala had a lot of cilantro. It was different but still very good. We also had a side of buttered naan and finished off with some kheer. “Good BBQ. I had the Carolina Chopped Pork plate for lunch with baked beans and potato salad. Both sides good. Overall good quality food at moderate cost - most plates in the $13-15 range. Sweet tea is Bama sweet. Also had an order of 6 of the cheese biscuits. These are served like mini-muffins and the do have a muffin taste. They are near addictive good but rather expensive at $6.99.
Ordering is done up front and drinks and seating are self served. Food is brought to your table. Our server was very attentive and made sure had what we ordered and we were satisfied with our food. Most seating is for 4 at booths, butcher block tables, or raised tables and stools. Overall atmosphere is upscale fast-food/casual, not at all like the restaurant I had visited few years ago in Fultondale. There is adequate parking but lot may be full at peak hours. By the end of our meal at 12:15, people had started parking on the road on East side of building.”

“My first experience here and I must say I had a little hiccup with my appetizer but my meal made up for that 10x but all and all it was a great experience, the owner or maybe manager came out addressed the situation and that says a lot to me when an establishment does that.
