Lady looked at the clock, the stove/oven is shut down , we close at 3:00!! So, I’m guessing the only thing I could have gotten was a coffee or something sweet! I felt shut down on the spot! Didn’t realize that a kitchen shuts off the stove/oven before they actually close!! Very disappointed at the treatment today!!”

Having gluten-free options was so extraordinary for the pizza and pasta! We ordered both!!! 2 pizzas (pepperoni & mushroom with caramelized onions) & Chicken Alfredo. The salads were so unique & beautifully plated. The bar options were also fabulous!! Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. So glad we had leftovers to enjoy for our next meal. Absolutely will return!!! Great experience all around!”

They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. They were the best cookies I’ve ever had- specifically the chocolate chip ones! They were very moist and flavorful. I shared all of the goodies with my team at work and they were all impressed. It’s obvious that Dr. Janis’ treats are made with love. I had no idea that she also makes homecooked meals right next door! That is on my list of foods to try. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t change a single thing about my experience today. Dr. Janis is also very nice and welcoming. JJ’s Treats is a must try if you are in the Huntsville area!”

The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. “My family and I have visited Ol Heidelberg since the early 80s. We've celebrated weddings, graduations and holidays there. It's a tradition. Last evening I was able to have dinner with a friend who was a first time visitor. I must say I was saddened by the whole experience. The food was still very good but the overall atmosphere and service were not what it used to be. The place my family loved had a tiny bud vase with a fresh flower and a candle on the table. The bread came out in a basket wrapped in a warm cloth napkin to keep it warm. It was tiny small touches like those that made dining there special. Last evening the guy sitting people bald faced lied to us. We were sitting on the bench three feet behind him. He had not called our name like he said. Once we were finally seated at a booth, our food took well over an hour to arrive. The whole experience from start to finish just wasn't the same. They've lost that extra something that had kept our family coming back for years. While the food was fine when we finally got it, everything else was kinda sad.”

I stopped in to get some to-go and it took less than 5 minutes to look at the menu, order and have it ready walking out the door. The rolls were great, fresh flavors, sushi rice was perfect, not hard and not too sour or too soft. I know they’ve been in business atleast 25 years and I can see why. Great sushi! I’m not a big “foodie” but love to see smaller restaurants succeed. This restaurant was a 5/5 ⭐️ review from me.”

Having gluten-free options was so extraordinary for the pizza and pasta! We ordered both!!! 2 pizzas (pepperoni & mushroom with caramelized onions) & Chicken Alfredo. The salads were so unique & beautifully plated. The bar options were also fabulous!! Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. Same order and wait every time when they are not busy. Don't go when they are busy. Food will be rushed and prepared all wrong (undercooked or burnt...no middle ground...lol)...guaranteed.”

“I came to Logan's to help celebrate the birthday of a former colleague. We were a fairly large group, about forty people, who once all worked for the local newspaper. We had one server for all forty of us, and initially I was skeptical that she would be able to handle all of us in a timely manner, especially since we had a noontime gathering and several of us had to leave early to get back to work. I realized soon than my concern was unwarranted. Our server, Ronique, did a really outstanding job, hustling at least a dozen table seemingly at once. She got everyone's order, kept our glasses filled and attended to multiple special requests. The food came quickly and was excellent as usual. At the end of our celebration, Ronique presented all with their checks, took payments and returned the processed receipts all in mere minutes, remembering who paid what and where they were seated. I don't know how she kept up with it. I don't believe anyone received the wrong order or the wrong bill. Quite an outstanding and impressive performance to be sure.”

The staff were not only enjoying their jobs but each other as part of a team. I spoke with the Manger Ravyn, and she was just as welcoming and friendly and pleased i had such a great experience. Few restaurants focus on service anymore, not even all Jason's Deli's but this location 1395 Enterprise Way, Suite E in Huntsville AL, they were the exception. Great sandwich and salad bar so much so i went back the next day for the salad bar again. It was such a pleasure to give my hard earned money for this meal and this exceptional experience. Everyone was doing their job and helping others if needed. I was so amazed to watch the staff being a team. It was a welcoming change. This location needs to be recognized and considered as a training location as it was that good. Thank you for such a welcome, friendly and remember-able dining experience.”
