The waitress and manager were incredibly kind, checking in with me to ensure everything was okay. When I mentioned my disappointment, they went above and beyond, offering to take the dish off my tab and even suggested sending me home with something else to make up for it. It’s rare to see such attentive and caring service, and it’s a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. Truly amazing customer service!”

“I’ve lived in Huntsville for 28 years now. I’ve always seen Miyako’s ever since I was 4-5 years old. I stopped in to get some to-go and it took less than 5 minutes to look at the menu, order and have it ready walking out the door. The rolls were great, fresh flavors, sushi rice was perfect, not hard and not too sour or too soft. I know they’ve been in business atleast 25 years and I can see why. Great sushi! I’m not a big “foodie” but love to see smaller restaurants succeed. This restaurant was a 5/5 ⭐️ review from me.”

Best coffee in this area and much more affordable than driving further for a local coffee shop. Everywhere else sells sugar-milk but I guess that’s just people’s taste around here, because those places get great reviews. White Bison drinks taste like they actually have coffee in them in a good way in my opinion. If you don’t want to taste a hint of coffee I guess just customize for even more freakin sugar you weirdos (drinks are fully customizable in the app!)”

Bless her she is normally there more than anyone should be ( due to short staffing) now I have 2 children ages 3 and 1, and no matter how busy always tries to give them a warm welcome. They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. “This was my first time eating in a Whataburger, since I was 5 years old, when we stopped at one in Oklahoma on our way to visit family in California. Now, that was back in 1973, and I remember that my brother, and I hated it! Where we lived back then it was either McDonald's, or Henry's Hamburgers in our house, and Timmy, and I just weren't digging the mustard that they put on our burgers at the Whataburger in Oklahoma. So now we fast forward 50 years, and I thought that I'd give it another try. My wife was game, and so we came in a little bit after the lunch rush. The restaurant was very clean and everyone seemed friendly. Everything we ordered was fresh and plentiful. I'll say that it's not too bad, compared to my childhood experience. But, it would still not be one of my top choices on a place to eat. For me it would be more of a place I'd go to when I got tired of my regular rotation of places to eat, and wanted to substitute an alternative choice just to shake things up a little.”

“Huntsville has some great hidden gems and one of those is Hildegard's German Cuisine downtown. This little hole in the wall will blow you away with their rich & authentic flavors made fresh. You can literally hear them pounding out the Schnitzel as you enjoy the orange rolls (you need these in your life). The Sampler was perfect to take a tour of what Hildegard’s does best: Chicken Schnitzel, Polish Sausage and Kraut, and Geschnetzeltes (Hunters Stroganoff). Each one was done perfectly and made you wonder how much you could keep eating. Warm potato salad on the side and I was in heaven. For restaurant week they had the smoked pork chop and WOW was it good. A rich deep smoked flavor that made the fat taste like bacon but left the inside of the chop perfect. Käsespätzle (German Mac-n-cheese) on the side was a perfect way to enjoy an old style dish. The only minor complaint is that their German Chocolate cake just has whipped chocolate icing - no pecan & coconut icing like the real thing.”

“Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.
Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.
The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome
Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.”

Tonight was no different, until I got my "buffalo pizza" It had no sauce on it, I asked my son to get some sauce, LISA, told him to go in line a pay (which wouldn't have been a problem but I literally ordered a buffalo pizza and the man about same age as my son in front of him, got LISA to add a whole half topping of arugula to his pizza that was apparently made wrong too) he did not have to pay. So if your Mexican/Hispanic or military watch for LISA the "manager" charging you extra for your original order... Thank you LISA for the extra paid sauce on a cold pizza after waiting in line again on my out of state visit dinner with my son. Top notch experience tonight.”

I have to say that over the past few months, they have had staff turnover and the improvements are incredible!! The people eating seem happier. When I am there for Door Dash, the waiting time is minimal, and recipients of the food seem much happier because we are getting better ratings as well. The staff is professional, respectful, friendly. The people dining in seem happier because the staff is letting them converse amongst themselves, not interfering with their dining experience like what was happening before. The improvements really show and I have to commend the staff and management! I would recommend delivery, online ordering or eating in the restaurant. I think you would be very pleased compared to anything you have had in the past.”

I asked for menus and was told that we don’t have that many menus for all of us to have one which I thought was weird it was only 3 of us….Overall the other food that I saw being bought to other tables like the oyster Rockefellers, the shrimp the french fries all of that looked good Fresh and the presentation was A1… I do plan on visiting here again, and hopefully I will have a better experience, but I will not be ordering any more crab legs.”
