“I absolutely LOVE Subway. This specific Subway location is definately no exception. It's located inside of the Wavaho gas station, so you can buy more then what they sell at Subway, so you can get a candy bar or anything else to go with your meal instead of only chips. Don't get me wrong, though; I do enjoy their chips. I also love the avacado/guacamole season, which happens every summer. I LOVE their avacado and guacamole sandwhich toppings. You can choose any toppings you want, or just order something on the menu. I almost never order from the menu. I just choose exactly what I want my sub to be, which is what Subway's all about. I love this location because it's like right near my house, so it is really convenient for mybfamily and I to order take out. If you want to eat IN the place, they do have a single two-peeson table you can eat at. If you are passing by this nice building, you can stop by and get some Subway, as well as anything else they sell at a gas station/car oil place. “Went there on Thanksgiving to spend time with my family before a hockey game. I was worried it would be chaotic with them being the only ones open this side of town. But we received nothing but the best service and food! Andrew did a fantastic job serving us and the others in the lobby, while all others were handling the kitchen. Very thankful for the service we had!“

“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! The Hampton Cove Chick-fil-A is hands-down the BEST! Every single time I go, they are spot-on… friendly, fast, and just genuinely amazing. My order is always right, the food is fresh and hot, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They somehow keep the line moving quickly even when it’s packed, and they do it all with a smile. Truly the gold standard of customer service. 🙌“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“I usually dont make reviews but this Wendy's is legitimately good. The young lady who got my order was pleseant to talk to, and courteous. The food was the best ive had at a Wendy's. Picture perfect burgers, fries were hot and crispy. To top the whole thing off, the sprite was hittin. Super clean taste and crisp. All in all it was impressed.“

The dining room hostess was Vickie, and she was wonderful. She checked on us several times and gave is a free Bo Biscuit to try!

“I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). “We eat here 4-5 times a week and love everyone except on Saturday we get up and go kayaking and we pack subway for lunch. Every employee there welcomes us before 9 am except one and she turns us away at 3 mins till 9 even though it says they open 8 on every website I’ve found!“

“I have been eating at bojangles in since I was a little boy in Georgia, the chicken biscuit is like a corner stone in my life that my parents introduced to me and I to my children now. In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? Why and I mean WHY is bojangles not even listed on the DoorDash map? Come on bojangles get with the program y’all are missing out on some serious money not having these as available options!! “Mom and I were here for lunch this afternoon and once again, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly each time mom and I visit, which is always a good thing! Whenever I'm on a lunch break and I decide to go by myself to Firehouse Subs, I like to use the app (takeout) order and it's fast and easy to use.“

“Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“This is the best Subway in our area. I place large online orders frequently for work and they go above and beyond every time. They label all the sandwiches at my request (huge help), always have it ready and waiting, and always ask if I need anything else. I was going to a different location that was a bit closer, but had a few negative experiences. This one is worth the extra drive time.“

The veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always made well, they give exactly how much you are supposed to get for serving sizes and do not skip on portions like at other Subway locations. Lunch is busy and they need more than two people working the counter. At least three, two to make the sandwiches and one to ring out. Get them some help, they are a great location! Good customer service if I cannot stress that enough!“

“Maybe the best experience I've had at a fast food place in a long time. Food was excellent, hot and fresh, and lots of it. I even said my order wrong (my mistake) and they immediately made things right for me with no hassle. Very friendly staff and a very clean location. Also great sweets for dessert (try the root beer float!)“

“My friends food was good but my pizza was not completely cooked when I got home, but after I heated it up some in the oven it was great. Overall the food was good I just have to check next time if my pizza is done all the way. When picking up the food the server behind the desk was very polite and presentable.“

While there are a lot of fast food options in South HSV now, we find ourselves going back to Zaxby's again and again because we know we are going to get hot, tasty food and great service each time we go in. “This was my first time eating in a Whataburger, since I was 5 years old, when we stopped at one in Oklahoma on our way to visit family in California. Now, that was back in 1973, and I remember that my brother, and I hated it! Where we lived back then it was either McDonald's, or Henry's Hamburgers in our house, and Timmy, and I just weren't digging the mustard that they put on our burgers at the Whataburger in Oklahoma. So now we fast forward 50 years, and I thought that I'd give it another try. My wife was game, and so we came in a little bit after the lunch rush. The restaurant was very clean and everyone seemed friendly. Everything we ordered was fresh and plentiful. I'll say that it's not too bad, compared to my childhood experience. But, it would still not be one of my top choices on a place to eat. For me it would be more of a place I'd go to when I got tired of my regular rotation of places to eat, and wanted to substitute an alternative choice just to shake things up a little.“

“Usually do drive through but dined in yesterday for the free cheeseburger in the app. The sandwich was HOT, the cheese was melted, and it was assembled perfectly. It looked like the picture on the menu. It was delicious! I will be dining in in the future because of the soda machine. It offers so many more options.
