“By FAR the friendliest and cleanest Subway I've ever been in! I stopped in on July 24th at 12:30 for lunch and the two young ladies behind the counter went above and beyond with every customer I observed them assisting. I'm not exaggerating when I say they truly brightened my day. My sandwich was delicious and very filling. Thanks. I will definitely recommend this location in Lincoln to everyone.“

“Our host, Willie was awesome! His behavior and attitude was quite welcoming! His handling of our order was professional and complete. His behavior towards his team was also excellent and so was theirs. Very good teamwork. It was refreshing to have a team not rushing us through our order or rushing in making the order and missing items. We were treated as important guests. Good job, y'all! May The Lord bless you with great business and delightful customers.“

“At least once a week, my mom and I go to Burger King to pick up breakfast before going to her office. There are many fast-food restaurants in town in which we can go, but Burger King usually has the shortest line and consistently gets our order correct. A couple of weeks ago, they messed up on our order. They forgot to include my mom’s ham, egg and cheese croissant in the bag. Once we got to my mom’s office and realized it, we called the restaurant to explain what was not included in the bag. They apologized and asked if we could come back to get it. We told them we would be back in about ten minutes. The employee who answered the phone was the most polite and understanding fast-food employee. Usually, when you call a fast-food restaurant, the worker who answers the phone is anything but polite. We thought we would surely get the rude comments when we went back to pick up the rest of our order. Surprisingly, when we got there, not only did they give us the croissant that was missing in our order, but they completely remade the order, including an extra ham, egg, and cheese croissant. This was the best experience we have ever had when getting a fast-food order corrected.“

“I don't eat out as often now but when I do I love me some Taco Bell! This particular day I ran out of the house with a different jacket on & left my debit card in another jacket at home! After I had ordered my food & pulled up to the window I realized I had made a mistake. I tried to pay one of the employees with my venmo or PayPal so they would use their funds! One employee in particular, Scott, stepped up and paid for my meal in hopes of getting his money back but not entirely sure if he would. Needless to say I went back & paid it forward to him for his kindness but I've left a few low reviews on certain restaurants here on Google for the simple facts of poor service even if the food is wonderful. The service can make or break the experience!! Thank you Scott for wonderful service!! Scott needs a raise & if places hired more Scott's they would be in a better position for success ? ?“

“Dale is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. We went in on 6-16-23 with 3 youngins who can be very shy when it comes to service people, she got them laughing and quite comfortable very quickly. She has great customer service and went above that and made my family feel welcome by engaging in personable conversations. She kept the dining room very clean and checked up on all the other customers, making sure they all had what they needed as well. Great person and great employee. McDonald’s, take care of her. Very hard to come by people/employees like that.“
