“It’s only THE BEST Mexican Restaurant in Montgomery. I’m Brazilian and I wasn’t a fan of Mexican food until I got to SOL. I’ve been going there for almost an year, 2-4 times a week. YES, that much! The pollo loco is a must try. I won’t even start talking about the cheese dip, cause it’s PERFECT! The chips always get to our table warm! The staff is great! The servers are wonderful and if you can, ask for Jack (you won’t regret) he is the best! I simply LOVE this place!“

“Staff was great, food was delicious,My only complaint and it is not with the restaurant, staff or food. It's that parents can not or do not or will not control their children. They were running and ripping, loud, disrupting everyone's meals. This was our first visit.“

“The atmosphere was very quaint. The hospitality was above and beyond. My entree was too salty for me and my wonderful waiter did not hesitate to provide me with a different new dish. And it was definitely delish. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or visiting the area. This should definitely be tried for this genre.“

“Delicious and quick Mexican food! After ziplining at Mt. Hermon, we are usually starving so we head to Taqueria Vallarta for chips and salsa and big and affordable portions. The taco salad, tostadas, burritos are yummy. Can't go wrong here.“

“Food and service has always been great. It's a regular spot we visit. We've had birthday's here and reunions and not once had a bad experience like others have mentioned, so that's confusing. They have my favorite street tacos and tamales in the tri-county area.“

“Ordered door dash more than once , loved big pork sandwich $10.50. Liked pie better than banana pudding, in cups.
Parking: Area of town really has not developed any since the 80s, borders 2 colleges so not sure how that could still be true??“
