“It was Lunch time, and the parking lot and Drive thru where empty. While the McDonalds, just across the road was packed. We first thought they were closed, because the drive thru was empty. But, they where open.We ordered at the drive-thru and I got out and went inside to check out the dining room and bathrooms. The dining room was empty but it was clean. And the bathroom, as you see from the pictures, was just as clean. Service was fast. They had our food ready in less then 45 seconds. And the staff was courteous.My brother got the fish sandwich and I got the burger. They were huge absolutely delicious.I highly recommend the Hardee’s, and give them an all around A+. This Hardee’s is on the South bound side. There is a red light for those coming from the North bound side. Which makes it safe and easy to access.Great tasting Burger, with fresh toppings. Not too mention, Hardee’s sandwiches are Huge!“

“Who doesn't love the GOLDEN ARCHES?!?! I myself have been falling prey to the guilt and ease of just sliding through the drive thru and ordering at McDonald's. This one usually does a great job with the food and service! There are only a few times that I have had to wait for a long period of time, which I understand comes with the industry of tons of online orders also coming in with diners and drive~thru. For that. I give them props for all the hard work they put in.👏“

“my son and I come at least once a week. today was particularly busy and my son became over stimulated. he dropped his toys and was crying on the floor. my son has autism. you have wonderful employees who made the situation easier for me helping me gather my son and his things and helping us outside to our car after another customer made an ugly comment to me about my son. you guys will never know how much I appreciated your help. especially when we came back 30 minutes later and yall had a booth for us ready. wonderful people 🖤🖤 can't say it enough“

“While waiting for my husband to have a minor surgery, we decided to pop into this Whataburger and boy we are glad we did!! Our cashier, Dibriya was everything you want to have in a customer service setting! This young person took our order accurately with such a positive attitude. When the meal was ready, she brought the food straight to us, still piping hot!! The food both looked and tasted delicious. We will be coming back and will bring friends!!“

Parking: Most go through the drive thru so there was plenty places to park.

“Absolutely incredible experience here. We got shrimp, fries, Cajun sauced fries, Cajun sauced chicken, fried pickles, fried okra, drinks, and banana pudding. Even the sweet tea had such an incredible flavor to it. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, and all of the people working here seemed to really enjoy being here. This is probably one of my favorite meals I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. Cannot wait to come back here and try more things from the menu. Also, we got all of that food for under $50. We definitely feast on comfort food today lol.“

“ADA VIOLATION AND DISCRIMINATION 04/14/2023 09:37 pm Steak and Shake University Drive location Huntsville, Alabama Manager? Wearing green long sleeve cooking hamburgers @ 09:30ish this evening. Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the regular walkway so it's very accessible for wheelchairs.“

“My favorite weekend breakfast spot. If you are looking for fast, inexpensive and non-greasy this place brings it all. Standard atmosphere and menu but friendly staff and best fast food breakfast I've found. I would choose them over the Waffle House next door even if the price was identicle. Quick in and out. Clean bathrooms.“

“Our favorite item at Sonic is the ice cream cone in a cup! You can't beat the price for this treat. $3.58 for 2 cones and they serve them upside down in a cup so you don't get it all over you before you get home. You can't beat it.“

“Jacks is a fast food chain regional to Alabama and I wanted to try this place. They have burgers, fried chicken and breakfast foods. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The sweet tea is really good and so is the Big Jack burger. The fries are also pretty good. I tried the new bourbon BBQ boneless wings and they were delicious they were nice and crispy and almost tasted like Chinese food.“

“I base this only on drive through experience. Never been inside. Employees are extremely kind, funny, fast, and always greet you with a smile. This is the only Hardee's in town I go to because they are fast, even at peak times, the food is hot and doesn't taste like it is cooked in day old grease. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, and generally drive straight through. I can be having the worst day and whoever is in that window is absolutely going to make me smile, while they feed me.“
